Foreword
Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to announce that Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Indonesia is holding
its triennial event entitled “The 17th Scientific Meeting & Refresher Course in Dentistry
(KPPIKG 2016)” which will be held on 24-27 February 2016. I am proud that the
KPPIKG 2016 goes beyond what it has reached. Moreover, it would be a pleasure to
meet again after previous successful KPPIKG 2013.
The KPPIKG 2016 aims at bringing together regional and international dental
professionals and also academicians to share knowledge and best practices of the
latest updates, exchange breakthrough ideas among the experts and as well as building
professional relationship. Chances of creating network and meet colleagues from other
countries are expected, since we are expecting over 1500 participants of the meeting.
There are plenty of good reasons to attend KPPIKG 2016. With the theme of “Towards
Excellent Oral Health Care: Continuous Improvement in Research and Clinical
Practice”, The KPPIKG 2016 offers you some programs such as seminars, workshops,
poster presentations, popular lectures & courses and courses given by outstanding
speakers. After participating in scientific activities, we also invite you to join our social
programs at Ladies & Spouses Program, Gala Dinner, Popular Lecture, and Alumni
Gathering, in which you can enjoy the precious moment together.
Furthermore, the Dental Trade Exhibition, which is part of this scientific meeting,
will host some of the industry’s top manufacturers and suppliers with the very latest
developments and innovations in dental equipment, technology, material and products.
I would like to take this opportunity to welcome all speakers, poster presenters,
participants and exhibitors to this event. The KPPIKG 2016 website will be kept updated
with all the information about the meeting. Save the date of the meeting, since the
registration will soon be opened.
I look forward to seeing you in KPPIKG 2016.
I wish all of you a great event as well as wonderful time in Jakarta.
Sincerely yours,
Chairman of the KPPIKG 2016
