Products Supported
This service package supports the following equipment:
Liebert GXT (4.5 to 10 kVA), Liebert NX and Liebert Nfinity.
Moreso, it also covers the following services:
Site Inspection – Executed by an Emerson certified personnel, equipment
installation complies with proper environmental condition requirements
in terms of physical space, accessibility, electrical, security, grounding,
ventilation, etc.
Logistics Coordination – Administers the logistics requirements of the
installation process from equipment delivery to scheduling of installation
personnel
Unpacking – Emerson installation personnel inspects delivery against
shipping defects, reports damage to the carrier and to Emerson
representative. Our personnel ensure items are delivered complete and
match with the packaging lists, and coordinates missing and incomplete
deliveries.
Assembly – Involves assembly of main cabinet, support or rack-mount brackets, internal batteries, distribution
box, parts, accessories and cables. This service includes positioning of the equipment to proper location.
Cable Termination – Inspects proper wiring and cable connection.
Testing and Commissioning – This covers visual inspection of connections; electrical and battery testing;
functionality testing of the unit; load and no load testing; operation mode testing, program installation,
settings, and configuration.

Extended Battery Cabinet Installation
Off-hour installation, 24x7 testing and commissioning service – Provides flexibility in choosing the best
schedule to implement the service for you, hence maximizing productivity and minimizing impact to your
operations.
Terms and Conditions
Scope of works is applied to the products supported only unless stated otherwise.
Travel and accommodation expenses are not included in the pricing and to be quoted separately. Other services not covered and stated in the
scope of works, whether in form of material or labor, if needed, are to be quoted and billed separately.
During the performance of the service and a hardware fault is found, if the equipment is still covered by standard warranty, Emerson will restore
the equipment at no cost to the customer.
