I am currently studying a GP Exercise Referral course which will enable me to train clients with chronic conditions eg. Diabetes, Hypertension, Obesity and many more. In October 2013 I will also be studying to specialise in Lower Back Pain (Level 4 Specialist Trainer Qualification). In 2012, I completed a course with Future Fit Training to specialise in exercise for fat loss. Every couple of months I run a weight loss package up in the Gym. These are between 4-6 weeks long and include 3x Personal Training sessions a week, 1x Core Blast a week and continuous nutritional advice and support via email. Whatever your goal may be, I am here to help. I provide Personalised Programme designs every 4-6 weeks, or one-on-one sessions on a weekly basis to work towards achieving your goals. I will take into account your exercise and medical history, ability and exercise preference to make each session enjoyable and beneficial. I also run Core Blast Small Group Circuit Sessions in the Gym. The benefits that you gain from regularly attending Core Blast sessions include abdominal tone, improved flexibility, improved co-ordination and balance. Stronger core muscles will help to support the spine, therefore improving posture and reducing general back pain. I am a highly motivated individual with a passion for health and fitness.
