Emily Johnson and Nick Anderson To Perform at Overture Center Tommy Awards Emily Johnson and Nick Anderson both received Outstanding Lead Performers Awards in this year’s Overture Center Tommy Awards. They received recognition for their portrayals of “Julia” and “Robbie” in their Lake Mills High School musical performance of The Wedding Singer and will be performing at the Awards Ceremony on June 7. Madeline Bergum will also be performing as a Spirit Award winner. Named for local Broadway star Tom Wopat, the Tommy Awards encourage, recognize, and honor excellence in high school musical theater.
