Excellent pleasant personality. Ms. Huynh gives encouragement and lifts my spirit whenever I am down. I made it so far.
Great class.
He was very friendly and extremely patient. Works with you until you understand the information.
It was easy and comfortable for me to approach Ms. Huynh because she was very unrushed and relaxed in her demeanor. It allowed me
to feel calm and not anxious about issues, and even if I became nervous she undrestood and took the time out to encourage me and to
calm me down.
She is a great instructor and knows English literature very well. I would recommend her as an instructor, but be prepared for numerous
amount of assignments/ papers. Through it all, this class will help you in the long run when knowing how to write papers.
She is one of the best instructors I ever had at GTC!
Sherron Murphy is a role model for all future early childhood caregivers. Enthusiasm is her priority. Even if class starts early, she always
comes well prepared and ready to start.
The instructor is very good, approachable, and he posses the knowledge matter about the course.
To my opinion, i think the course is irrelevant pertaining to my field of study as a Radiology.

A lot work for the short summer semester
A very wonderful instructor.
Alex is approachable, knowledgable, and fair but slow on grading and does not give feedback on grades in Angel. If you receive a grade,
there is no explanation as to why you lost points. Other than that, I enjoyed the class and learned a lot.
Although I respect and appreciate the efforts of my instructor, I did not like the standardization of this math course, nor the remedial math
courses which I took before it. I find it difficult to learn math from online video lectures or from the help aides on pearson homework. I also
resent purchasing the book seeing that it is not used at all in this course, and I wish I had known that going in.
Although she is a decent instructor, I found that she relied heavily on the students teaching themselves while she sometimes brushed up
on the material. she would complain about the small amount of class time we had and then would have a 10 to 15 minute conversation
about "why daylight savings time was invented","different types of weaves", etc. (almost daily) nothing pertaining to English 1101.
Although the material was extremely hard, our professor was great at teaching it and helping us learn.
Although, the instructor implemented genuine concern of the class success rate; I believe the instructor's communication skills need work
in the area of delivery on what she expects from the class. At times I felt like the attitude behind the comments made were a tad bit
insulting.

As I am older, I would have preferred to skip this course, even thought this course is required, I feel credit should be given for this course
from life experience for non-traditional students
As a Web Design student, I found the class a bit difficult due to technical hardware terms I hadn't encountered before. After talking to
several Info Security and Networking students in my class, I learned that they had taken the hardware class prior to this one. Perhaps you
should add this for the web design students to make the class easier to understand?

Being a student NOT majoring in anything having to do with computer concepts, I was very disappointed with this class. I had trouble
grasping everything except for the assessments. His class was geared for people majoring in computers, which was very unfair. All of his
labs were very hard for me because the instructions stated in "technology lingo." This is an intro class, not a major class.
Being the summer semester, I feel like I don't have enough knowledge of my instructor because such a short amount of time with him.
But, I can say I learned more from the lab videos and course material than the instructor. I feel he was basically there just to babysit and
make sure we understood the evacuation and emergency policies.

COURSE. The DVD and the lecture manual did not line up and follow the same order.
Cannot say enough nice things about Dr.Sadri; she is a wonderful teacher!

Class felt completely self directed. I would not have noticed any difference if the teacher had not been there at all. Very little, if anything,
was taught to us. Movies were shown in class in lieu of teaching. Overall, Im not sure if I learned anything or benefited at all for having
taken this class.

Clearly a new teacher with potential, but does not always communicate the material well. Hard to ask questions.The material is presented
in a one dimensional manner that fits one learning style. She is defensive of her position of authority and seems unaware to correct
methods that don't work. This gives the impression our success is not a priority I think this is inexperience but it effects me.
Computers in this room are super slow. very very slow
Could try to be nicer and less critical. But other than that, I am still able to comprehend and study his teaching methods.
Couldn't possibly have had a better instructor to get a new student ready for college life.
Course is a challenge because of the time constraint due to it being a summer semester. But the algebra was introduced in an organized
manner and was broken down well between the tests. Only complaint was the mid term practice test wasn't a good tool to passing the mid
term test. Practice test should have been given according to the same questions practiced on the practice test.
Course needs access to more tools then what's Givin in the snap on roll carts.. also need better parts budget so students can get the cars
that are not running to run..
Course projects are TOO MUCH. I understand that they all used to be just a single project but just splitting it up into 4 pieces does not
make it any easier. I also understand that a summer course is higher paced, more on the student, etc but regardless I cannot believe the
amount of workload to include we still have a final as well. I think this is extremely poor, unrealistic planning from Ochs.
DR. Shorunke did a wonderful job of instructing this course. She is very knowledeable of the acct course and readily avilable to help when
needed. Thank you! Great job!

Did not feel as if I needed to push myself to succeed in this class.
Did not have Mr. Summers for instructional class. As a clinical coordinator there was very little interaction except to cover syllabus and
contact information. Mr. Summers is not approachable for questions regarding clinic except to emphasize the demerit policy even when it
is not warranted.
Does not listen to reason. He belittles students inadvertently. Egocentric!
Dr Eltigani is not a horrible instructor, he's actually really nice. The only problem is that he doesn't teach, his still of teaching is more like let
him sit back and watch you figure things out and if you have a question he'll answer your question with a question so you never really
know what's right or wrong. Lab was basically, your on your on and good luck.
Dr Johnson overall was a good teacher
Dr London needs to make sure that anything that is required is written throughout angel and or handouts that are given. She has been
very disorganized and needs to be more willing to help her students achieve their true potential.
Dr Ozcan is a great, fun, and very thorough instructor!
Dr Sosa is awesome. Before I started this course I started thinking maybe this field wasn't for me ( i was really scared about labs and
hands on requirement we would have to do) but she has really been a great help and and inspiration to keep working hard at it.
Dr Wallace needs to come to class with a lesson plan. Most of her answer key have wrong answers. She needs to pay attention to her
work. I understand she wants class to participate when she is teaching but please tell her to have a plan so that she compares her work. I
was always confused during lecture, thanks to youtube my class attendance was just so I could receive attendance points.
Dr waddell was an amazing instructor and i look forward to joining her clubs and the speech team in the near future! Great curriculum.

Dr. Tomlin is a great teacher, she cares deeply about her students and genuinely wants them to succeed. Dr. Tomlin does not rush through
material if she gets the slightest clue that someone is confused or doesn't understand something she will go over it until your comfortable.
She understands that A& P is not easy so she does her best to help in anyway she can.

During class meetings the only instruction given was to read directly from the book. I found this to be a very unproductive environment and

First year experience should be an optional class. I feel that my money and time was wasted on this class. Considering that I have already
attended another college for 2 semesters before this class. I also spent 12 years in public school leading up to college. I do not need a
college class on how to study.
For the instructor to be less harsh or more approachable when questions are asked. I would also recommend that lunch everyone votes on
lunch break and return to lab vs. one or 2 making the decision for the entire class.

Homework should be done after class meeting time due to us having to teach our self we don't understand some of the homework
question and we end up not doing well
Honestly this was the worst class I have ever taken, I felt like it was a waste of my time because I am not a first year student this isn't my
first time taken college classes. I think this class would be great for students new to college if I didn't have to pay back the money for this
class due to my financial aid and it being a requirement I would have dropped this class immediately.
Hope to make this an opurtunity to learn operations and use math procedures for furture reference to help me understand math
problems.

I believe that this coarse was an excellent coarse but the draw back is, taking this class in the summer, you are rushed. I could have
learned more but I felt rushed. I would not advise this class to be a summer class along with any other class. I had two classes this
summer and I have been rushing the entire summer. I'm not sure what all I have obtained and retained. This is a good coarse.
I can tell I learned a lot in this class, and it wasn't boring at all.
I definitely felt challenged, expectations are high, but not impossible.
I did not complete this course, the workload was a bit much for my shcedule
I did not learn anything in Mr. Chu's class. He used only the examples in the workbook to show us how to do a problem. That did not help
because I can do that myself. I needed a breakdown of how to solve the problem. He does not have patience.
I dislike only having true/false questions for HW assignments. I feel like multiple choice questions are more effective way to learn the
material.
I disliked the textbook that was used for this course. I feel that it went into too much detail in regards to the subject matter. The fact that it
went into a lot of detail wasn't really the problem so much as the book continued to repeat itself for lengthy paragraphs. I feel like the book
could have been condensed and much better understood.
I don't like the tables in the dental assisting classroom. Wish they were bigger. And the chairs are horrible
I don't like the text book, it has too many errors and is not clearly written. The website that the book uses is really bad and hard to use.
I don't necessarily like working in a group of 4, on a project, for the entire semester. A week or so is fine.
I don't think I need to say any more than BEST INSTRUCTOR EVERRRR!! I think should explain everything and the fact that this is my
second class with him and Im bummed out that I wont be able to take anymore in the future as I took all the ones he does teach. Couldn't
ask for a better instructor!
I ended up learning the material though the book, online videos, and with help from the tutors. During his lectures, he was very slow at
covering the material and never finished. His English was very hard to understand and he was hard of hearing, making communication
difficult. When we asked questions about the material he seemed irritated.

read the book. She is one sided in teaching techniques. When the class addresses issues with the program director we are punished for
doing so. She is unprofessional. I do not feel that I am receiving the quality education I am paying for.

I felt like I was teaching myself. It also felt as if there were no lesson plans.
I felt like i acually learned somehting. This is my second time taking this class and i didnt pass, mainly because that teacher i had before
didnt go over the material like he should have. Albert Dollar is an awesome teacher.
I felt like she worked a little sloppy and needed a little more enthusiasm. Other than that, she was a good instructor.
I felt like the instructor was just there to babysit. I didn't learn anything in lecture, I learned it all via the instructional videos in my labs plus.
I'm not saying he is a bad instructor, and it could be because I didn't have enough time with him.
I felt like the instructor was not good at communicating with the students about assignments and about learning the different types of hair
cuts. I didn't feel open to ask questions because she would NEVER answer them and/or was able to teach on HOW or WHY a cut is
achieved this way. she wasn't good at getting grades back in a timely matter either so this semester was just pure frustrating.
I felt like the presentation of the material in this class could have been more organized and presented in a manner that helped students to
understand better.
I felt my instructor personal life interfered with the class room learning. He did not spend enough time teaching and instructing mostly had
to figure things on your own paying for an education did not receive my moneys worth. He also never used Angle which made it even more
difficult to commutate with him not looking forward to this class in August
I felt that the material was far too detailed.
I felt the book should have gone over test taking before the mid-term.
SAM is the WORST. The quiz would ask questions that were not taught which is very unfair and hurt my grade. They would also show you
in the practice quiz one way but on the quiz would want you to complete it another way which also hurt my grade. Very unacceptable!
I felt the instructor used excellent examples in everyday life to associate with the course material. It became very relatable.
I felt this class was set up for students who were taking this class for the first time in the summer semester to fail!! The students in the
previous spring semester had more assistance on Angel and had powerpoints to refer back too but we had No power point or Angel to
refer to. The instructorwas reading directly from the power point presentation and really couldn't answer most question.
I found Mr Hardnett to be very interested in teaching us how to use technology. Although this was basically a review class for me before I
start on my program, I learnt a lot and am now looking forward to the rest of my time at gwinnett tech.
I found the lecture video giving by Dr. Scholz very helpful.
I found this class to be absolutely useless, especially taking it after I already had two semesters under my belt. My instructor was
awesome and I would definitely recommend her to whoever looks to take this course.
I had a problem with responding to emails, or having a deadline on something, having to ask question to my teacher and she took the
week off...im new to computer's and want to learn the basic and how can I learn when there isn't anyone there to teach me.... or answering
my question....

I had many problems during the course, the instructor Albena Asenova-Belal was very understanding person, she helped me to go through
all the problems I had, in the future if I have the chance, I will pick Albena Asenova-Belal to be my instructor again.
I have 4 years of experience in high school being in band and marching band, and 1 year of experience in my previous college (University
of north Georgia). This is not a class I feel should be required to graduate when you already have prior music experience, This class didn't
relate in any way to my computer programming major, and I overall did not enjoy having to attend.
I have a good time and learn a lot in class. The professor is good.
I just wish that I had taken this class in the Fall. Even though the class was 6 hours I still felt like there was not a lot that was taught and/or
demonstrated. We spend most of our time in the lab which was nice too, but just with I took this class in the fall. The textbook we didn't
really use in the class that much either. I felt that the test were hard.
I like how the instructor teach the class.
I like the course, I feel that I learned Grammar, I also enjoy the instructor.
I like the hybrid course because you can work at your own pace and if need assistance there are tutors in the room and you can always
ask your teacher.
I like this class but I like classroom instruction better
I love Ms. Griffith's explanations on course materials. She is very easy with the students. Always reply to emails and phone calls on time. I
learned how to prepare for a speech properly after many years of not knowing how to do it.
I love having Ms. Long as a teacher she is passionate and knowledgeable about the subject. She gives great examples and tips on to how
to study more effectively. She is an all around great instructor and person as well.
I love mr. Artis i wish i took his class before. He's so vibrant, energetic, and intelligent. I'd take any course he teaches

I noticed how the Instructor reprimands females for being tardy, but not the male students.
I really enjoy being around Ms. Womack. She's fair, professional, warm, nice and is the best teacher I have ever had. She's the ONLY
reason I'm finishing my cosmetology education.

Havriluk is highly qualified to teach reading, writing, and communication skills. I would highly recommend this teacher for another student

I think Mrs. Franklin is a very good teacher ,she really cares about her students in that they understand the course material that is offered.
I think for our Project Presentation we should have one day set aside, were everyone present all project presentation on that day. This
should be a planned day within the course
I think quizzes should be implemented two days prior to test. The quizzes would help to determine trouble areas. Mods. 11-15 need fewer
math problems. Too time consuming to complete just one problem which result in assignments not being complete.
I think that as a 36 year old male that this class was just there as busy work. i already know how to budget my time, money and studies. I
feel that I could have taken a course that actually related to my degree instead but it is a required course.
I think the college is very lucky to have professor Erik Rodriguez, please do not let him go any where. I really enjoyed the course.
I think this course requiere more time to cover all the subjects and information.
I thoroughly enjoy Mr. Chen's classroom etiquette, he brings Database Management to life. Because of his leadership and subject

I thought Travis did a really good job teaching the course.
I took the 0098 class last semester and worked at my own pace,online, from home etc which made it very practical for me to achieve my
goal. This time it was mandatory to come and sit in class which i find to be too noisy at times making me lose concentration.
I took this course in the summer. if you are not a fast learner I suggest to wait for a full class. this teacher is good but speaks fast.
I understood this was a fast paced course and it required a lot of work to be done individually but i believe we could have covered more
material or at least understood the information better if we used the FULL allotted class time instead wrapping each class up 30-45
minutes early.I feel like she did not put enough effort into teaching this summer class due to the other complaints I have as well.
I was not pleased at all with Ms. Parks. She is never prepared and she is messy and very unorganized. I feel like it was a wastes semester
with her because I didn't learn anything. She is very harsh on grading and she doesn't seem to know the material herself. Honestly I don't
see how she has been teaching here as long as she has. She is the worst teacher I have ever had at GTC!!!
I was satisfied with the curriculum in this course Ms. Sherron is a great instructor in ECCE.

I will never take another hybrid math class again. There was no instruction and you had to do this class on your own with only the help of
the math tutors who where WONDERFUL!
I will not recommend this instructor to anybody, never had lecture in class, it was a torture being in this class , the only reason that I am in
this class it is because I cannot afford to drop. it was so stressful. Thank God it almost over, I will transfert to finish ma program
somewhere else since he is the one who will teach the remaining classes that i need to finish.
I will not be taking this course again with this instructor. She was not at all what I expected. Needless to say, I was highly disappointed with
her.
I wish that the Anatomy and Physiology lecture videos were still available to purchase as a hard copy, for when the website was down or
the link changed making it difficult to watch the videos. The lecture videos are essential for doing well in this class and I wish we at least
had the option of a hard copy. (2 Counts)
I wish there were labelled lab models posted on Angel for revision for tests.
I wish we had practiced using the state exam practicum guidelines for our practical exams. That way we would'nt need to relearn all the
little differences at the end of the course!
I would recommend Proctor Bowles to anyone he is very helpful and through. Always has a nice demeanor.
I would recommend professor london to any student willing to be more knowledgeable and be advanced in cisco to take the course. He is
knowledgeable of the materials and brings real life examples making it easier and clear for student to understand the course
I would recommend this to any student who wants to have more knowledge in microsoft. The professor is knowledgeable and no the
material making it easier for student to understand the content of the class
I would recommend to current and prospective students interested in the Cisco program to take Mr. Clarks courses.
I would stronlgy recommend professor Galloway to any student having to take Psychology 1101.
I'm very satisfied with the way Dr. Thacher teaches!
I've never felt like part of a "learning community at GTC, my disagreement towards 4.8 is not directed towards the teacher in any way.
If it was a longer class maybe it would have been better but I really didn't learn much the book was the only thing that helped me most of
the time.
If you are going to give tests/quizzes. Review what is going to be on the test/quiz, or at least have the decency to provide material for the
students to study so that they have a better chance of doing well.
Instructor Burley is extremely knowledgeable in Java and its business application. Because of his leadership and instruction, I am more
proficient and confident in Java development. I 'm looking forward to Java II next semester. Thanks
Instructor Ford lectured class very well. Most material from the book wasn't clear to me, but Ms. Ford explained in detail to the class what it
meant , and we did some exercises in class as well. This helped me to understand the coding process better. Thank you Ms. Ford
Instructor Hill is an EXCELLENT teacher! He is not only excited about programming, but he ensures that every student understands the
lesson's objective. He goes out of his way to answer questions both in and outside of class. The textbook is also great! The lessons are
explained very well and are easy to grasp. I would definitely recommend both Instructor Hill and this course!
Instructor gave assignments expecting us to be able to do them without instruction and when asked to help told the students to Google our
questions instead of helping stating that we should already know the material. He never taught us, we basically had to do it on our own.

Instructor is ever helpful and walk us through the whole process during his first lesson. The group Q&A session that available via Angel is
very useful, all student able to submit Q&A for sharing.

Instructor is good buyt just a LITTLE hard to understand (her accent), that was the ONLY reason I did not choose "Strongly Agree" for
number 2.1, but I am satisfied with her class, once I got used to her accent I overcame that challenge.

Instructor was/is very knowledgeable and intelligent in subject matter. However, makes the class extremely difficulty by harsh grading and
lack of wanting to explain until after the assignment was completed. She never explains things before hand. She tells you to do most of the
work on your own. I basically paid for the lab manual. My lab partner and youtube were my instructors. How very unfortuna
Instructors should know their strengths and weaknesses to provide the right education. Maybe an instructor is great in lab and showing
procedures, while others are excellent lecturers. For an accelerated program we need to leave the classroom as something was learned
that day. When a lecture is not properly given, students leave confuse and 3 hrs lecture become a waste of time.
It is hard to evaluate my instructor. We had 5 different instructors. Some are good. Some aren't.
It is probably not a good idea to take classes in the summer because you will be pressed for time.
It is tough to learn everything in the short summer semester. Fall and Spring students have an advantage over summer students because
of more exposure and more time to absorb all the information in this very interesting course.
It sometimes feels this course values quantity over quality. For example, a free response question can be sufficiently answered with five to
eight (quality) sentences rather than a 25 sentence minimum.
It was a pleasure and an honor to meet Dr. Tomlin and to be a student in her class.
It was difficult for me to understand Mr Taylor because of his accent. This concerned me considering I'm taking BM Logistics
concentration. I began to understand his words better throughout the course, but it did hurt me at times.
It was obvious no wanted to be in this course and the instructor had no interest in teaching it.
It was very hard to understand and communicate with instructor.
It would be nice to have a DVD for Micro. The teacher needs to engage more and take control of classroom when students are talking,
using laptops and devices during lecture. She is nice an approachable, may need more lecture time being this may have been her first
time.
It's clear this is extra side money for her, considering she teaches somewhere else, is a mother, and is studying for another degree herself.
She literally goes over the powerpoint word for word without actually teaching anything. She also made it very clear she is not a "repeater,"
so people feel intimidated asking questions. One of the worst teachers ever. My review is also (continued below)...

Loved, loved, Ms. Elliott!!!! She tells it like it is and doesn't take any excuses when it comes to not doing your work. She is structured in her
teaching and straight forward. I learned a lot from her.
Many of our texts had conflicting information. We all had struggles in learning the material that could have been helped by the teacher
teaching in a multitude of ways to help us learn the material a little better. The issues were evident in testing when the A students were
confused and failed tests as well as the rest of the class. The applied skills could have had a little more 1 on 1 help.
Material for this course was extremely hard. Instructor was great.
Miss Griffith is very supportive. I recommend other students to take her course.
More questions for weekly quizzes.
Most challenged I have been (ever!) Mr. Zamor is always prepared and enthusiastic (and helpful) in his instruction of the material. He also
makes himself available (although I was not able to benefit from his offer) beyond what would normally be expected of an instructor.
Patience is a strong suit, too!
Most of the test questions that I got wrong were due to trick questions. The instructor seems to like these types of questions and will
change a very small detail within the question to make your answer wrong. I'm not a fan of trick questions.
Mr Dupeire was pleasant and a good instructor
Mr Johnny Zamor is very knowledgeable, very professional and an excellent communicant. He provides his explanation with excellent
coherence. My only regret is taking this Math course in the summer semester, that I would not recommend for average student like me.
There's simply not enough time.
Mr Lewis was excellent in supporting me through Math 97,now I'm in 98 working towards 99 and into College Algebra
Mr Nelms is an excellent teacher. I would recommend him to anyone trying to learn Quick Books or accounting in general.
Mr. Allen is a great teacher. Beacuse of him, math has become one of my farvorite subject thanks to him. School is not aways about grade;
but understanding the materials you are learning. And Mr. Allen makes that possible to his studies by udnerstanding the materials and
getting a better grade.

Mr. Brown really cares about his students and the progress they make. I saw a few students very slow to pickup the information, and yet
he was overwhelmingly convinced he could help them grasp the concepts.
Mr. Chen is so kind and good professor!
Mr. Darly is a wonderful teacher. For a better possibility to learn, he always gives some jokes that will keep us motivated. To be honest, we
have never been tired during his 2hrs and 50mns class period, especially Math. I will recommand Mr. Darly "1000%" to other students.
Mr. Dineen is AMAZING! He is, by far, one of the best teachers at GTC. He works with you and does his best to make sure you understand
the material. I definitely plan on taking some more of his classes.
Mr. Hardnett was well versed in the course material and seemed passionate about it. Overall, he wasn't very approachable in my opinion.
He was never rude per say, and he encouraged questions. However, his tone could be off-putting sometimes.
Mr. Hill was an awesome instructure. He was very knowledgeable on subject knowledge and excited to help us learn and think. Was able
to provide real world examples to help us better understand the material. He also made himself available to help or tutor when needed. I
will try to take his courses from now on.
Mr. Hill was kind to share from his strong and varied background as a professional programmer. I found myself cheering for him as he got
used to the course and its materials. There is doing things by "the book" and there are the ways it is done "out in the field" of experience.
Mr. Hill gave us both while being sensitive to the need to learn and begin career preparations.
Mr. Hogan is the best instructor I have had during my experience at Gwinnett Tech.
Mr. Jessup does well with what he has to work with. Most of the equipment is old and beat up, but with some of that it doesn't matter. With
some it does. It can seem a little crowded at times, but apparently it is much worse in the spring and fall. More room would be nice.
Mr. Kagan is a very good and attentive teacher. He is very knowledgeable about accounting and offered up real world experience

whenever possible. I would never recommend this course as a mini-mester class to anyone. It is just too much information learned, a lot of
information not learned as well, and very fast paced. His lectures and notes were great. The ANGEL quizzes however were confusing.
Mr. Kagan's teaching style should be used my more instructors. He doesn't throw a reading assignment at you and say, learn on your
own. He actually demonstrates and breaks the material down, then asks you to read for a better understanding. Awesome teacher!!!!!
Mr. Lewis was always willing to explain things more than once if we needed it to be.
Mr. London is knowledgeable, funny, willing to share and learn, and passionate about what he does and his student's success. THANK
YOU GTC for having such a supportive and educated staff in your Cisco program.
Mr. Miller is a great instructor. My problem is with the course. First, I feel like buying the book was unnecessary and a waste of money. I
could of passed the class without it. Second, the cengage SAM program it was had a lot of great information, but it didn't work properly. It
didn't work properly with my computer and it didn't work properly in the computer labs at Gwinnett Tech.
Mr. Nelms is an awesome instructor! He is very understanding and realistic. He gives thorough instructions and everyone I talked to had
no problem asking him for help. This is the first time I had Mr. Nelms as an insturctor and he is the best instructor I've had so far.
Mr. Nelms is very passionate about accounting and teaching it to others. He has good teaching methods to help students better
understand and comprehend the material.
Mr. Osborne is a knowledgeable resource, I have enjoyed taking his classes and has helped with career choices.
Mr. Ozcan is amazing!!! He is very knowledgeable and I learn a lot with him this semester! I would recommend him to everyone! He grades
tests very quickly and he is very professional. Whenever I had a question he didn't make me feel like I was annoying him. I can't say it
enough how wonderful he is! Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!
Mr. Ozcan is an excellent instructor. He is knowledgeable, presents the material well, and will help you to understand the things you are
struggling with. I highly recommend taking his courses if you can.
Mr. Poulsen is awesome!
Mr. Poulsen wonderful teacher for this class. He explains things well and is very patient.
Mr. Simpson is an amazing teacher! He makes sure all of his students understand the material before going on to the next lesson! He also
makes the material more interesting by making the class a bit more fun.
Mr. Simpson was a very nice teacher. I'm not comfortable asking questions in general, but he is very approachable. He responded quickly
to my emails also.
Mr. Taylor had clearly defined due dates that made planning around work possible.
Mr. Taylor made verbal agreement with me, and later said he did not committee to it. He made me feel as if he wanted me to fail his class
because of personal reasons. If I can help t I will never take his class again.
Mr. Thatcher is wonderful.
Mr. White is very enthusiastic and helpful in class. Physics is not my favorite subject, but he relates it to real-life situations to help us better
understand and apply different concepts.
Mr.Jessub methods of teaching is professional, easy to pick up, and well organized I would personally recommend anyone who likes the
welding program to go to Gtc.

Mrs. Dunn is a very harsh teacher. She's very rude when addressing the class! I feel like I have not learned anything this semester in her
class. She is not willing to help us learn. She punishes us for no reason. I am not happy on days when I have to come to her class... We
ask for help and she does NOT help us.... I feel so lost in this class!
Mrs. Dunn is not a professional teacher. She may have the credentials, but she lacks instructional skill. She is very "cookie cutter" in her
methods. I constantly had to overachieve to present "satisfactory" work for her. I was ok, but my classmates were suffering under her
instruction. She was constantly uncommunicative, and confrontational. I do not believe she graded impartially.
Mrs. Fleek is the best teacher ever! If you have a choice, make her full time! In all seriousness, I would send my kids to this school, just so
she could be their teacher. She is well rounded in all ways, and it would be the most foolish action to let her go, or suppress her capacity
for excellence by keeping her part time. Thank you for everything, Mrs. Fleek!!

Mrs. Franklin did a wonderful job instructing us how to write properly. I really learned a lot in her class.
Mrs. Galloway Is a great instructor and I would love to have her in a different subject if possible. She's made a difference in my life.
Mrs. Gallucci deserves an award. With such a short amount of time and everyones personal problems, she really was there to understand
and help with assignments. With only a few weeks, she managed to keep up with grading and assisting every single person that reached
out to her. I could not ask for a better teacher this semester and I cannot thank her enough. I hope to take more of her courses.
Mrs. Guthrie has a calming effect on panicky math students. She is very patient and really cares about the students

Mrs. Kaplan makes it very hard to understand and makes everything more complicated and confusing then need be. She often seems
confused herself and I learned more when I was in the lab then in her class which is sad because I did traditional so it would be easier to
learn. Being in the class should have been easy and I should be going onto math 099 but I most likely will not because of her.
Mrs. Karen Franklin delivered the course material in a way that was easy to grasp. She is the best English teacher that I had ever had. I
am now confident in my writing and speaking abilities.
Mrs. Keith is an exceptional instructor. She sure knows how to teach the curriculum in a way that is both fun and instructional. I would
definitely recommend her to other students.
Mrs. Laura Hart is a very great instructor for lecture and lab. She is very kind and helpful, she shows that she wants her students to
succeed. She's very thorough while teaching and answering questions.

Ms. Dunn was not the best and she was not the worst, but she is not too far from the worst. I have never had such a diffcult time with a
teacher as far as teaching. This is college. I pay to attend this school, which is great. I refuse to be unprepared due to not knowing the
proper material due to the teacher not doing her job. Im not learning or retaining information. Im considering reataking.
Ms. GALLUCCI is wonderful. An amazing teacher and a nice gal to boot!

witnessed: Argues with students. Refers math questions to tutors. Held up her hand and walked away from me while I was asking a

Ms. Hardwick is the best instructor one can ever encounter. She is always there to help, to listen , to guide, to understand , and to try to

Ms.B is a good instructor. This class should be offered online. It is very difficult for working people with families to come to class 2 nights a
week for three hours per class. Please change this.
Ms.Fleek was okay this semester.. she should work on her dress code to be more professional as we as students come in with proper
class dress code she should as well. Ms. Fleek was once again... okay this semester.. as far as teaching everything was taught in a
rushing manner. it should not have been taught during the summer as well as haircutting.
Ms.King is a great insturctor.. SHE IS WONDERFUL... although This is my 2nd time trying to pass this easy class. I just dont have the
proper materials (computer access) for this class. Im no learning anything from this class and I dont feel like in benifits me at all. I try but I
guess not hard enough. failure once again do to the same as last semester..
Ms.Phillips had a way to make the hour count ,and it was so surprising that with all the vibrance and fun she injects, one leaves the class
feeling satisfied all the time.
My Instructor Dr. Weddell was absolutely amazing with everything. she was just as prefect as she needed to be. I love that she challenges
you to work harder and do your best.

My Math Lab is a complete joke. It is a piece of absolute garbage. It is confusing and does not contribute to a proper learning of math. The
programmers of this sad excuse for an application/program should be fired and slapped with a wet fish until they agree to NEVER take up

My SAM is making problem when I want to submit my stuff , my 4 test not submitted.over all I am facing problem .
My classroom's projector has not worked all semester, so my teacher cannot use power point and other visual aids.
My instructor is a very good instructor and he is always willing to listen to students problem and also give advice as well. The only problem
I have personally for this semester, is that the time goes very fast for me. Because math is not like other ordinary course, it take time to get
it. But I am happy and grateful that I am part of a learning environment. Hopefully things will get better.
My instructor is amazing and I will definitely recommend her to my friends and family if they attend to GTC. She goes over everything and
make sure we are confident in taking our test. By far the best math instructor so far!

No grades / feedback entire semester on any project, our final project was complete before any previous grades given. Lost points on
project 1 (week 2) before anything taught / any studio demo given. Only 1 studio demo ever given. Lost points for things not taught (echo /
sound in video). Unapproachable, told us don't ask him - google / youtube it. Final exam tested things never taught to us.
No real problems except for the textbook's lack of instruction.

Not impressed with her grading system. The same assignment my previous professor gave me 96 %, she gave me a low B. I know I
followed the rubric but still could not understand why. I thought she was mean with grading

Pharnacology should bit be an online class. Ms. Tessy George is very intimidating and seems unapproachable. She does not make
learning fun not interesting.
Please clean the filter on the projector in room 210 - It gets hot and turns off after and hour or so. Poor Mr. Lussi had to do some good old
fashion teaching, I honestly think "He loves math."

online shell-component of our summer Cisco course that I have emailed about 3 times. None of those emails/messages were responded
to, nor was the issue corrected. Very dissatisfied.
Prof. Andersen taught this course in a professional manner, which I haven't seen any other professor do since I've been a student at
Gwinnett Tech. I am very grateful to be in his class because I will learn more about the workforce than in any other class I've taken.
Prof. Patel is right instructor for the Introduction of Linux/UNIX (CIST 2431) course.
Prof. Walden did a great job covering the material this semester and the workload makes sense for the class.
Professor Allen is an amazing teacher! He explains thoroughly and slowly ! Very well organized with his points in teaching ! So thankful to
have him
Professor Allen is the BEST math professor at gwinnett tech. He enthusiastic and encouraging, as a student who has always struggled
with math professor Allen completely changed my outlook on math. I wish more professors were more like him.
Professor Corretta King is Awesome! The first day of class she made herself available to all by giving out her personal cell number. We
actually communicated through texting which is so easier and direct. Generally Saturday morning classes are not fun but I looked forward
to coming to this class. Fyes should be offered during 1st and 2nd term only. Not fair to students who are further along.
Professor Dupeire was a great Professor this semester.
Professor Gallaway is a great and fun instructor. If I had the opportunity to take another course of hers I would.
Professor Galloway is a fantastic teacher. I feel like I understand the material and she makes it enjoyable and interesting to learn.
Professor Galloway is amazing!! I already got my friends signed up for her class next semester! I love how she makes the class really fun
and entertaining and at the same time we learn so much! She reallyyyyy knows her stuff! The only teeny tiny thing I wish is that she
wouldn't mark us late until after like10 mins or we had a sign in sheet because sometimes things happen but still shes awesome!
Professor Galloway is an exceptional, kind and understanding teacher. She always took the time to explain information where we could
understand. I strongly feel that if more professors were like her more student would want to do better in class.
Professor Galloway was an incredible instructor I will highly recommend her. She has the ability to balance discussion and lecture. She
stays on topic, and she has a fantastic sense of humor!
I am sorry the course is ending. I learned so much and stayed constantly interested. I hope there are many more instructors like Professor
Galloway!
Professor Ozcan is a great instructor, I really enjoyed his teaching style and felt like he has a really good way of explaining difficult
concepts in a way that we could understand. The only thing that would have helped me a bit more this semester would be having access
to the power points to go back and study from when I would be studying at home to help me with anything I needed.
Professor Ozcan is a very good teacher, approachable, and knowledgeable.
Professor Ozcan is hands down the best biology professor at Gwinnett Technical Community College. The material is challenging, and
requires a fair amount of time outside of the classroom, however, we are provided with all the tools required for success.
Professor Taylor is a good instructor he does everything possible to ensure that you understand the material. The best professor I have
had so for when it comes to emphasizing and going over the lesson to make sure you get it.
Professor Tony Tran is an excellent instructor. I really enjoy taking his class and I hope he will be the instructor for my upcoming courses.

Professor Walden is an amazing teacher!
Professor Walden is an wonderful instructor. She's an excellent communicator; I knew exactly what was expected of me. When I had
questions outside of class time, she responded to email messages within minutes. I was not looking forward to taking this class, and it
was a LOT of work, but Professor Walden made it interesting and made me want to do well.
Professor White is a gifted educator. I love his teaching style. He is the best Physics teacher I ever had. He explains things nicely. I wish
he teaches Statistics too :)

The course was interesting due to the instructor. He broke down the information so that we could understand.
Prompt response to emails and punctuality to class is the best part of him. I like. He is considerate and principled, which is good so
students will not take undue advantage of his kind nature.
Quiz questions were poorly formatted. The quiz code segments were typed in plain text with no indentation, making them extremely hard
to read. Some questions were very poorly worded. Some single-answer multiple-choice questions had multiple correct answers.

Ryan for President
Ryan is the best teacher within the Photography program. He is organized, teaches well, thorough, very fair, approachable, willing to help,
enthusiastic about the subject, and i learn something new from every lesson. Teaches in a way that is easy to understand. Just a little slow
on grading, but I have learned more from Ryan than any other instructor within the program.
SAM assignments were very sensitive and lengthy.

Students and instructor expressed concern regarding the temperature of the classroom. It was sometimes a bit hot. I believe the Interiors
Program Director communicated to the instructor that the thermostat was not working properly.
Such an amazing Instructor.
Summer Session - it certainly felt rushed. Ms. Watkins had her plate full and had a difficult time responding back. For example, I didn't
receive feedback regarding my first paper until I had already turned in my second. She was certainly task-oriented and provided much
negative feedback, which for some, could be a bit demoralizing. In-class activities were well delivered. Had a "high school" feel

The classroom 810 in building 100 had a leak in the ceiling which was annoying and disruptive during class.
The computer in the classroom was very slow and unpredictable. Although there was a lot of instructional aids, they seemed disorganized
and difficult to reference. The teacher seemed overwhelmed by the amount of work related to the grading. Feedback often came too late
in order to provide benefit for the following assignment.
The computers in lab and classroom are disproportionately slow - even when pulling up Gwinnett Tech resources.
The course is perfect as an online course.
The course is useless, I never read anything (I don't even have the book) and I still get 100% on quizzes and tests.
The course material is extremely hard. Instructors in this course are amazing, and very knowledgeable about the subject.
The course was easy to understand and the instructor was helpful.
The entire SAMS should be dicarded for a better one, we should not have difficulty in learning from the computer wherever we are. We
don't have to be in the campus to get the best service from Sams
The final essay is 30% of the whole grade - this is too much.
The first illustration essay is only 10% - this is not enough.
The first test had you but the steps to upgrade from windows 7 to 8 in order. The steps were incredibly specific, one step was literally "click
next". A step by step was never cover in class, nor is it in the textbook. Given that the steps were so specific, that is setting the student up
to fail.
The four projects that was set for this course during the Summer Session was entirely too much for a student taking more that 1 course for
the Summer Semester. The lecture needs to specifically focus on policy writing during the classroom lecture, instead of the chapter
reading assignments. That would have made the understanding of what is involved in policy writing much more clear.
The homework did not go well with the curriculum. I wish the questions were at least similar to the types of questions on the test or in soft
chalk. I felt like the homework questions came from a completely different text book and group of teachers.
The instructor always appeared lively with a great attitude.
The instructor did a wonderful job of engaging the students and truly cares about all of us suceeding!
The instructor did everything that was in her power to help remedy the reacurring problems with SAM. For myself and other students, she
even contacted SAM herself to find out why we were having the problems that we were having. For example, the options that SAM offered

The instructor is funny and very nice. Those that don't pay attention and are on their phones or fall asleep, will fall behind. In order to pass
the class, it's the students responsibility to do their homework and study for the tests. There are plenty of ways to get help through
Pearson, My Lab or getting a tutor at GTC.
The instructor is good. The only problem is that the class understood from the beginning that the exit exam would be added to the grades
as a combined score but last week were told that if we do not pass the exit exam, we will not pass the class. This has caused a problem
that we were not expecting and it is very disheartening and discouraging. I pray that by now and at course end it changes.

The lectures went so fast, I was unable to take good notes. The instructor told us that her lectures should be a review but it is not possible
to always look at the material before it is presented in a short semester. They are teaching chapters that are not going to be on the next
test so the students are often busy studying the previous chapters.
The online homework was very difficult compared to what the instructor assisted the class with. A lot of the problems that was not relevant
to the instructor's lesson. Mrs. Guthrie is a great instructor that knows her material. I would definitely recommend her to other students.
The online tests inside Angel had errors in them, that effected getting the answer right or wrong. It was not a whole lot of them, but maybe
3 or 4 questions.
The only issue I had with this class was the instructors heavy accent especially since we had to cram everything in 8 weeks. It made it
hard to follow along in class. She is a very knowledgeable instructor and I feel if it was longer than an 8 week course. She may have had
more time to slow down and assist us, make sure we understood.
The only thing I have to say is that this class was rushed. It was only one night a week from 5:00-7:50, but wish this class was longer. I felt
like there was not enough time to learn everything since all we do in the class is just talk about the outlines and watch a DVD. The book
was used a lot and is used in the Exceptionalities concentration.
The professor is very good, explains thing very well. I love the Physics class eventhough it's hard material. He is the best Physics teacher I
had over the years.

The projector didnt work most times we had class.
The required book for this course was very difficult to understand. It has too many exceptions vs putting emphasis on learning the actual
foundation of the subject. This book did not feel like a first year chemistry book. Also, too many terms for one thing made it confusing.
The school should let the instructor choose how and when to teach classes.
The teacher knew material well. Many interesting discussions and different points of views on subject matters. The teacher remained
patient to listen to all views.

The test were messed up in this course. You had chapters 3 and 4 test but the test for those included other chapters that were not related
to what we studied. The practice test was fine, it was the actual test that was messed up.
The tests are based on technical manuals for the various equipment. These manuals can be quite lengthy, which creates a considerable
challenge when trying to drill down to the specific areas that are covered in the test.
...Maybe I should have studied harder.
The tests in this class were weird and poorly constructed.
The text book that I purchased did not cover the entire course.
The textbook was a bit hard to read and comprehend. I mostly used it for chats and pictures.

The workload was too much for the summer semester for a short time. Please decrease the summer load.
There is a very strong language barrier which made learning extremely difficult. Very long winded and did not cover all items. Assignments
were listed wrong on Angel and then corrected after I completed the assignment so I had to do double work. Course related - research
papers could probably be replaced with something that would actually be utilized in the business field such as a business case.
There is way too much homework on MyStatLab that we did not cover in class. There needs to be a review for people to know how to
work the calculator and for those older non traditional students that may not have had math recently.
There was a teacher change due to scheduling conflict, and I felt that Mr. Anderson did a great job at picking up our class as well as
teaching another class on the same day. He made it clear what we were supposed to do during the our first hour while he finished up his
first class.

This class is pointless every student already knows how to use office because we had to use all of them in high school. Most schools
made people take a class in middle school learning how to use them. study skills that we learn in this class are common knowledge.

This course layout and required work is absolutely ridiculous. I'm not a security major and I don't expect to allocate 20 hours of work
towards this entry level class! The instructor just threw out the requirements of weekly labs, reading, and required tests, then proceeded to
just let us use the remainder of class to work on labs and self teach our way through them. Might as well be online!
This course was very informative, although the teaching methods the instructor used became a little confusing at times.
This instructor did not seem knowledgeable at all in the area of Microbiology. She read very monotone like from the power point, and when
asked questions, really couldn't answer them most times unless to say she would "look it up". I am glad this was a summer course and a
shorter semester, and I do not recommend this instructor.
This instructor knows his material but he needs to learn to use a variety of teaching methods to help students learn. Also, he needs to
understand that his students are not graduate students but are first or second year students. I think nstead of doing "stand and deliver" it

Tony did a great job at covering the material in the short time that we have with a Summer Session. I can definitely say I am leaving this
course with more knowledge than when I started the course.
Too many time-consuming "busy-work" lengthy assignments that diverted precious time from learning and studying the daily practical
knowledge and skills we will be using in our profession. Way too much time/focus spent on doing white blood cell differentials, and not
enough time/focus spent on being effectively taught red blood cell morphology,urinalysis, & other important hematology concepts.

When considering the time table you have design for this program, did you include the students busy class schedule(s) and work/family
life? Time to complete assignments was extremely difficult; between two days to retain information discussed in class and complete
homework and then take a test by the end of the week. The concept wasn't the issue it was the time frame to complete all assignments.
When we would turn an assignment in we would get our grades until weeks later. And if we accidentally missed classwork or turned in the
wrong assignment, she wouldn't take the time to correct us or help. Teaching the class was good but when it came to assignments and
grading she was lacking in that area.
While Prof. Tran does a fine job, the school equipment in the computer is a bit antique. To best provide students with an up-to-date
curriculum, especially in the IT field, modern equipment - as well as legacy equipment - should be used.
Wonderful teacher and amazing personality. She definitely keeps your attention and is very excited about the information she's teaching on
that day.

Due to lack of adequate information from recruiting section i couldn't make up to register for C term
and that has delayed me to register for my major program during the deadline.
Learning takes effort but to get a key ideal of whats needed is important for me to have sucees.
This semester my instructor was Mrs. Havriluk for English 1102. I don't know what i would have done without all of her help and
understanding in this minimester class. She was enthusiastic,she knew her subject, she was always cheerful ,gave clear instructions, and
returned emails quickly. I have had great teachers here before, but if you give her your best, she will go over and beyond to help you
........
A café would be good to have. Especially for students going to school after working full time.
ANGEL can be very difficult to use at times
ANSWER the phone! I know that there is a huge shift from how many students there used to be to how many there are NOW, but, getting
a phone call back--rarely happens!! Emailing does not seem to be good either-- I have to drive all the way up there to get anything done...
this needs to be tightened up a bit!! Makes it very frustrating!
Adequate internet speeds continue to be a problem at GTC...a technical college.
Administrators have to teach more about courses or programs to new student like me , I am returning after 22 yr. so This age and time I

Campus Services are very good for everyone
Clean tables after each class in 900 building. They were always sticky and had crumbs all over. Or have sanitizing wipes for students to

Computers are extremely slow, i couldn't reach the cont. ed. page at the school.
Did not really use them but the computer lab is ok.
Dr. Tomlin is an excellent instructor who really cares about hers students. She teaches with enthusiasm, motivation, and really inspires her
students to succeed. Overall I think she is fantastic she takes the time to analyze where your deficient in your studies, helps you and most
of all she knows my name which means alot to me.
During registration no one told me about the college ID I was suppost to get for the testing lab.

Food Court?????? Wish we had the opportunity to choose fresh fruit and veggies or
just something healthy and sustainable....something to nourish my brain!!
Food Courts need to have at least to (new) working microwaves at all times...The long lines deter some students from bringing healthy
alternatives to school.
Food court? Is the vending machine's consider the food court? If so they suck... 1.25 for a bag of chips??? Guess the school gotta make
up for the tution they get and waste of other stuff..

especially with one class left to complete my degree, so I had to seek financial assistance elsewhere. The financial aid office as a whole
need to be on the same page.
I really need different types of food in the food court, for the long days and nights.
I was giving a warning ticket for parking in the student parking lot during school hours.My thought is students pay every semester for
parking so if a security man has a concern with a vehicle they should run the tag to see who the car belongs to. They should then research
by name for the person the tag belongs to ensuring this person is properly parked. Research or parking pass is important.
I was never informed about my college ID badge until I really needed it. Someone needs to tell the new students about the college ID
badges from the very beginning before they get a big surprise when they go to take a test in the testing lab.
I was referred to the Business Office by another department. I called several times and no one ever answered, I always had to leave a
message. And no one ever returned my messages from the Business Office. Not a helpful department at all.
I will be transferring to a four year college soon and I will miss being a college student at Gwinnett Tech!
I wish gwinnetttech.edu was more mobile friendly. As as student, the GTC app is fine for me. However, when I was researching the school,
I could really only find the info I wanted on the desktop site.
I wish i had more space to talk about how terrible MRS. FLEEK WAS. Hope she doesn't come back.
I wish that career services had more information about entry level jobs available for graduates who are not moving on to obtain a
bachelor's degree. I was unable to gain anything from the office when I asked about types of jobs available in the Atlanta area for an
associate's degree in bioscience. They merely directed me to an online search engine which was time consuming, and got me nothing.
I'm having trouble with math
I'm thankful to be coming back to school and having a second chance to do something with my life
Infact, Gwinnettech is a school that I'll recommend to my fiends.
It is a bit challenging understanding the different platforms like banner and angel and student email. I feel they could design an interface
where that stuff happened behind the scenes and there was just one menu and login. also there needs to be a little more flexibility on
when courses are offered especially prerequisites
It takes too long for students to receive their financial aid checks. Many students depend on this money to live and go to school. It should
not take 4 weeks to get the checks sent to the students.
It turns people away when they are not allowed to have a double major. I don't care that you are a 2 year college. If you are trying to help
people excel in life and they come wanting to add a second major in order to help put themselves out in the world better then help them do
it now, do not make them wait.
It was great I tell everyone about my school
It would be a good idea to extend the hours of the learning success center/tutoring. I would like to use them but they close to early on the
nights that I do not have class.
It would be very nice if they would answer the telephone and return phone call. It is very stressful to drive over 24 miles to get a simple
question answered.
It's horrible trying to get assistance with student email account and resetting password.

Maybe consider renovating the Food Court in Bldg 100 to a large student study area - more study friendly environment, laptop plugins,
"private" study carols like in the library, a few small student group study rooms.
Mobile version of the website does not load information such as email or classes. When logging on using a tablet it brings me directly to
that non-working annoying site and is a major pain to get to the actual working site.
More knowledgeable people in assigned work areas, more informative responses, compassion, and understanding would also be nice...as
well as prompt detailed replies to emails and/or return of phone calls to those who are not able to frequent campus.
Mr. Hogan is the best teacher I have had during my time at Gwinnett Tech.
Ms. Rhonda Johnson is an excellent Advisor. She works well with the students.

Overall Campus Service is fair.
Overall the services on campus is good, but the older lady at the counter of the business office is very rude and unpleasant. Whenever I
come to the desk she has a nasty look on her face and her responses are always smug and short. I don't feel like she is front desk
material.
Overall, nothing to complain about.
Perason my Labs Mastering website was down several times, and uable to do homework and assigments when I needed it.
Please make the grading and intra-campus communication system ANGEL becomes OS compatible!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Professor Anderson is a great professor and I enjoyed learning from him this semester.
Professor Watkins is an amazing instructor! I personally do not like English classes, but she made it fun to participate in and I was able to
learn a lot.
Program Advisement is referring to the process in place by the Interiors Program Director, Susan Arnold. The hours are never sufficient for
night students. Numerous students have expressed issues regarding this.
Really appreciate that all these services are available even if I didn't use them this semester maybe I'll use them in the next semesters to
come.
Required to purchase videos and school website had numerous times were the website was "down"? Very frustrating especially when you
rely on the videos to complete assignments and help with studying.
Registstar's office is always a nightmare!

Student STEM Center in building 900 needs more tutors with flexible hours. There is only 1 tutor this semester who was only available

The college website in general is very confusing for new students. I am very familiar with computers and I still have a hard time finding
information on it. The business office failed to process my payment in time and then blamed ME for not submitting it. They did finally agree
to refund my "late payment" fee once I sent in proof that I had, in fact, made my payment on time.
The course instructors and program staff are amazing individuals. Admissions and Advisement are terrible! They actually seem to be trying
to work against students on most days. Different members of advisement teams give different answers to the same question - much of that
contradicts printed materials. Urgent matters received return communication only after repeated attempts and more than 30 days (2
Counts)
The equipment in the RAD Labs need to have PM - tables stick, some of the equipment is hard to move.
The financial aid services are awful. The staff lost some of my paper work, and they never contacted me to inform me of that.
The food court (break room) is OK, but there is always room for better cleanliness (sticky tables). Perhaps if there is a cleaning spray and
paper towels in the break room, each student can be responsible for their own mess.
The food court doesn't have any food options for vegetarians or vegans. If I wanted to eat on campus, I'd have to buy trail mix from the
bookstore.
The student life center doesn't have anywhere to plug in laptops/tablets/phones to study while there.
The library could use some work, for a school to be so competitive in such areas of study, the library is not inviting and could improve a lot
better!
The library is quite functional but the volume levels of some of the students needs to be addressed. Libraries are for studying and reading,
not talking and cell phones ringing.
The new upgrade to the 100 building is fabulous.
The people in financial aid consistently tell me they have all of my required paperwork but the computer system always says that they have
not received certain documents. How do they keep losing my paperwork?
The police are great. They are there most night at 10 pm when our classes end

The printers in building 200 are often out of ink or having mechanical problems.
The service I received was great. I love the writing center and the library. The employees working in both departments were very kind and
helpful to me this semester.
The website is getting better. The single sign on portal is getting better. The new entrance remodel looks great and has been an efficient
experience getting to advisors and the business office.
There should be a more streamlined way to access the student e-mail, possibly have access to it on a cell phone. There might already be
a method for this, but if it were put on the front page or perhaps even sent out in an e-mail as to how to do it that would go far.
This campus has all the bells and whistles. It's one of the best in the state. Thanks for allowing me to be a part of it.
This college needs a gym or facilities provided to the students for such purpose.
This has been a wonderful experience here at Gwinnett Tech. I will be graduating this semester and will miss the atmosphere and how
efficient everything is. Sadly the four year college I am transferring to is not.
This is a good place to build a foundation for your life by establish your future career.
Too many different 'Logins" for different things....if you want to use angel...then that should be the student email as well.
Trim the trees covering the sidewalks at the back of bldg. 100, please. It rained yesterday and was difficult to walk with umbrella, book bag,
purse and ducking down to walk into the building. Also when leaving, it was dripping water all over me and had to lean down to avoid the
limbs. Both sidewalks have this issue.
Twice as a military vet' I had to re-register for my class awaiting on my the VA to make a payment!!!! I went thru unnecessary steps to get
back in the class both times. That needs to be fixed. I made my payments (50 percent) and don't understand why this is happening to
Vets.

Went to the vending machines next to Chick-ful-a on 6/17 wanting water. None of the Machines had water on this date.
When logging into the GTC website from my tablet it goes to a mobile version of the site which does not work at all. I log in and it never
updates with my courses when I click on courses, will not load emails when I click on the emails tab etc. Major pain to get to the normal
working version of the site.
Wish there was more of a security presence outside and in parking lots after evening classes.

Financial Aid I just ask to speak to him.

the financial aid office is very unhelpful and a lot of the employees in this office are rude and made me not want to ask for help or visit the
office. They were even rude on the phone and even once through an email.
the food court one applys to the one in the 700 building, the little break room on the 1st floor at the back. i did not use the one in the 100
building. other than that i have no complaint about the campus itself. my other complaint is grading with pearson products & angel. if the
class requires both, at least make it where we are able to see our grade from both together than seprate grading syste
there have been numerous times when angel changes the answer to test questions upon submission.
using Angel to submit my assignments was a bit challenging because my instructor could not assess my work. usually with my personal
computer, I had to drive down to use the school computer.This problem need to be fixed so we can assess Angel freely from any computer.
Also the management should take accurate statistic of students before allocating class rooms. My first class was a bit tight for 30.
very need re-build restroom building 100. it's HORRIBLE and Library too. Add MORE food course

one stop could use some tweaking- needs to have the names or id on the screen so it can be shown where to go when called

Again, the cosmetology department needs some new equipment, and it needs more space. The authorization chain is too long. Things
need to be made more efficient in the admin purchasing authorization department.
Recycling is a big concern of mine. I would like to see a recycling system that students can be proud of. GTC needs to be more GREEN

I went to the LSC and was not pleased with my visit. The tutor Cyide(I think this is her name or spelling) was very rude and unprofessional.
The wait was long and I didn't appreciate the attitude I received after I waited and was seeking help on my essay.

Pearson evaluation services are great.
Please make it easier for the Cosmetology department to function and teach, by shortening the chain of authorization for equipment
purchases. We need to be able to have the tools required for excellent instruction when they are needed. Please provide a good recycling
service. I would like to see GTC be a greener campus. Not just the color, but functionally.
Please provide proper recycling options for all departments on campus.

Registering for classes, has ALWAYS have given me a hard time. I complete the registration in a timely manner, and every time I get
dropped. i have asked every time what went wrong, and I get is well something happened. I am getting tired of this process. I needs to be
improved better please.

Some times Mr. Taylor can be fair and there are times he can really be unfair.
Still Dont think that this school has their information together, poorly done...I just walked around the hallways...non of the signs are chaged

This course was extremly difficult for me. I need a traditional class setting when it comes to math. The instructor teaches by reading from
the book, the lab is basically video then the student tutors each have different ways of teaching. i only need to learn one way first. This
