proficiency in at least one modality on either the FSI or DLPT tests CERTIFICATION RESULTS • • • To Date: 147 undergraduate Flagship students registered through the Student Certification System (SCS) were certified as Flagship Global Professionals indicating completion of all program components and ILR 3 on OPI The Flagship Certification Committee will now meet three times annually to review students who are “Ready to Certify” – currently, there are 14 students who are listed as “Ready to Certify” Starting soon: Students who complete Capstone and all program components in good standing but not reaching ILR 3 will receive certificates indicating that they are a Flagship Graduate with completion of all elements FLAGSHIP STUDENT SUPPORT • Maximum Flagship student support capped at $20,000 ($15,000 maximum for capstone overseas), this is a maximum, not a guarantee • Additional support from DLNSEO/NSEP comes with service: Boren Scholarships or participation in ROTC • Flagship Flagship Undergraduate students and provide timely data on enrollment, assessment and program completion. • SCS is the sole mechanism used for Flagship Certification • The system currently has collected data on more than 1,300 Flagship Undergraduates, Flagship Alumni, and Flagship Certified students • The system is undergoing a series of improvements, enhancements and data
