Speech-Language Pathology Scholarship Program Nova Southeastern University (Online) Oregon Cohort The Oregon Department of Education has established a partnership with the Nova Southeastern University Speech-Language Pathology Program to address Oregon’s critical personnel shortage of Speech-Language Pathologists who serve in rural k-12 school districts. This partnership allows participants the ability to complete their Master’s Degree coursework in Speech-Language Pathology from home, while continuing their employment (online courses are offered in the evening). Participant must commitment to serve in a rural k-12 school district for a minimum of two years upon completion of the Master’s program. In exchange, the program offers $10,000 in scholarship monies to participants to help cover the cost of tuition. The Oregon Department of Education SLP Scholarship Program recommends candidates to the Nova Southeastern Oregon Cohort based on the following requirements: A bachelorette degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Disorders with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA (don’t have a bachelorette in SLP/CD?
