The Session 2 Foundation Timetable will be available on the MQC Portal

Please note that the last day to add units is Friday of Week 2 (3rd July
2015). After Friday of Week 2 you will only be able to drop but not add
any units to your enrolment.
FEE PAYMENTS
Fee information is available on the Macquarie City Campus Fee webpage.
International
students
Semester fees must be paid before you can enrol. Last day for payment of fees
without penalty is Friday 19th June 2015. A late fee of $200 will be charged for
any fees paid on or after Monday 222d June 2015.
Local Students
Students who decide to make an upfront payment of tuition fees must do so
within 5 working days of enrolling in units on eStudent. A late fee of $200 will
be charged if a payment is made after 5 days from the enrolment date. This
applies to all local students, including permanent residents.
Students financing their studies through FEE-HELP will be pre-enrolled without
needing to make any payments.
CENSUS DATE
Financial Census date for this study period is Friday 17th July 2015. You must
withdraw before this date so that you are not charged for the unit you wish to
withdraw from.
Grade Appeals
and
Supplementary
Examinations
If you are requesting a review for a ‘Fail’ result in a Session 1 unit, you will be
enrolled in that unit again in Session 1. You should not make adjustments to your
study plan based on the hypothetical overturning of your result.
If you wish to appeal your grade, you should read the information found at
http://www.city.mq.edu.au/reviews-appeals.html. Please note the deadlines for
Script Viewings bookings and Grade Appeal submissions as provided on
this page.
If you are sitting for a supplementary examination you should enrol in that unit
again until your result for the unit in which you are taking a supplementary final
exam has been released. Release of Supplementary Results can take up until the
start of Week 3 of the following Session and may prevent you from enrolling
in certain units in the upcoming session. If you pass the unit for which you
have taken supplementary final exams, you will be unenrolled from that unit and
another unit will be added to your timetable if the supplementary results are
available prior to the end of Week 2.
Additional
Information
Personal information provided by you to Macquarie City Campus including
personal and contact details, course enrolment details and changes and the
circumstances of any suspected breach by the student of a student visa condition,
may be made available to the Australian Government and designated authorities
and, if relevant, the Tuition Assurance Scheme (TAS) and the the Tuition
Protection Service (TPS), pursuant to obligations under the ESOS Act 2000 and
the National Code 2007.
All overseas students must advise Macquarie City Campus immediately of any
change of their Australian residential address or telephone number, while enrolled
in the course.
Where an overseas student fails to satisfy course requirements relating to
attendance or academic performance, Macquarie City Campus is required to notify
the student in writing of its intention to report the student to Department of
Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP). This notice is sent to the student’s last
known residential address; if your address is not up to date, visa cancelation may
occur without your knowledge. If you have not kept your address up to date, you
may miss out on this vital information regarding your visa status.
All overseas students must have a current visa and current Overseas Student
Health Cover (OSHC).
