Mounting systems for solar technology
Team Member Roles & Responsibilities:
The primary role is to provide prompt, accurate, cost effective sales and customer service for our partners
and clients. The responsibilities will include the following:
¬ Communicating with partners, contractors and Everest team members to support a variety of sales,
quoting, orders, service, support and administrative activities.
¬ Manage order entry and coordinate with operations daily
¬ Create reports for Everest and customers
¬ Quickly and accurately resolve customer issues;
¬ Use company ERP systems, design software, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to generate content for sales,
marketing and operations;
¬ Contribute to continuous process improvement
¬ Maintain a professional appearance and positive company image to partners, customers and the public;
¬ Participate in product development and enhancements from customer feedback, project experience and
new ideas;
¬ Participate in company meeting and cross functional teams.
Requirements:
¬ Team player who with a passion for customer service
¬ Self-directed with excellent time management skills;
¬ Experience using ERP systems and MS Office software
¬ Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
¬ Located near Oceanside, California;
¬ Ability to travel;
Desired, but not required:
¬ Bachelor degree
¬ Accounting and Order Entry background
¬ Solar installation field experience
¬ Proficient in AutoCAD software
