GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR TEMPORARY VISITORS VISA
Applicant must be a national or resident of the Netherlands. If resident, a valid resident identification
card should be presented.
1. Application for temporary visitors visa must be made in person;
2. Duly accomplished visa application form (FA Form No. 2);
3. Passport valid for a period of not less than six (6) months beyond the intended period of stay;
4. One (1) passport size photograph taken during the last six (6) months;
5. A photocopy of round-trip air ticket / itenerary issued by a travel agency.
6. If employed: Official letter from company or organization, stating that applicant is currently employed
thereat and will resume work when he/she comes back to the Netherlands;
If self-employed: A photocopy of Business Registration;
If Unemployed: Proof of sufficient funds (e.g. bank statement , bank book) to ensure the maintenance of
the applicant during the intended stay in the Philippines
NOTES:
1. The Consular officer may require other supporting documents as deemed necessary;
2. Children under fifteen (15) years of age, unaccompanied by or not coming to a parent, shall be covered
by existing rules on Waiver of Exclusion Ground WEG).
3. A temporary visitor's visa is normally good for only an initial authorized stay of not exceeding 59 days,
which is subject to confirmatory approval of the immigration authority at the port of entry; and
4. Visas are released between 3:00 to 5:00 in the afternoon of the same day.
