What is LindenWell?
LindenWell is a free and voluntary employee health and wellness program offered to all faculty and staff
of Lindenwood University.
Its purpose is to promote a healthy lifestyle and build camaraderie among colleagues.
What are some of the opportunities offered
through the LindenWell program?
Throughout the year various events and activities will be offered through the program,
including the Fall Health Screening, the American Heart Go Red Luncheon,
Lunch and Learns, and much more!
How do I know when events will take place?
All events will be announced in the LU Digest, on our Facebook page, and sent to your email if you enroll
in LindenWell.
What is my incentive to participate?
Participants will earn Well Bucks by participating in any activity offered through the LindenWell
program.
Well Bucks can be used to bid on prizes at the annual LindenWell employee appreciation banquet, or on
items included in the Well Buck Catalog any time during the incentive year.
How do I join?
Complete the LindenWell Enrollment form and return it to the LindenWell office, we’ll do the rest.
Remember this program is FREE and completely voluntary.
