CUSTOMS ACT 1901 - NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 269K(1) - APPLICATIONS MADE FOR TARIFF CONCESSION ORDERS

Applications have been lodged for Tariff Concession Orders for the goods described in the following TABLE.

Australian manufacturers who wish to contest the granting of a Tariff Concession Order for the goods described are invited to lodge a submission in writing in an approved form. Submissions must be lodged within 50 days of the date of publication of this Notice.

The operative date (Op.) and TC reference number follow the description of goods.

To assist local manufacturers, the use(s) to which the goods can be put follow the description of goods.
