C.A. Albright & Sons, LLC agrees to clean, maintain, repair, or replace any part of the oil
heating furnace or boiler that becomes faulty due to normal operation and ordinary wear and tear
during the effective contract period per the included Terms, Conditions and Exclusions.
*Contract includes (1) cleaning, (1) standard oil filter change as needed and (1) standard
nozzle change, (including efficiency adjustment) during the effective contract period.
On occasion certain oil filters and nozzles are specialized in size and type; in this case
there is an additional charge to the customer to offset the added cost of the non-standard
oil filter and or nozzle. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact our office and
schedule an appointment for the included clean.
*This plan is in effect on a 24-hour a-day basis during the heating season (October 1st
through April 30th) for emergency situations only.
*Non-emergency service will be completed on weekdays during our regular
operating hours.

1. Carefully read through this entire contract and become familiar with the coverage provided and the
limitations.
2. All plans are available to C.A. Albright & Sons, LLC. Customers who exclusively use heating oil
purchased from C.A. Albright & Sons, LLC during the effective contract period. Contracts will be
cancelled without refund if customer does not meet conditions.
3. Non- fuel oil customer contracts available at the discretion of Management.
4. Eligibility to purchase a Comfort or Combo Comfort Plan is subject to the following:
a.
A cleaning of the Boiler or Furnace to be considered for coverage,
at the expense of the Customer.
b.
During the cleaning appointment, an inspection of the equipment will be conducted.
Comfort and Combo Comfort Plans eligibility are subject to inspection and approval
of all equipment to be covered by plan chosen.
5. Comfort and Combo Comfort Plans will be in effect for one (1) year from the date of invoice. A
completed and signed contract tear-off slip must be returned to C.A. Albright & Sons, LLC office
along with payment in full within 30 days of invoicing for customers in good standing. COD
Customer or New Customer payments will be due immediately.
6. A Service Plan Renewal Contract including Term and Conditions and Exclusions will be sent to
Covered Customers annually. Carefully read through the entire contract and become familiar with
the coverage provided and the limitations. A completed and signed contract tear-off slip must be
returned to C.A. Albright & Sons, LLC office along with payment in full within 30 days of
invoicing for customers in good standing. COD Customer or New Customer payments will be due
immediately.
7. Contract payment(s) must be made in full and separate from any budget payments or fuel oil delivery
payments.
8. All plans are non-refundable, under any circumstances, but may be transferred if the house is sold, at
the discretion of Management and subject to the new owner(s) acceptance of C.A. Albrights & Sons,
LLC contract Terms and Conditions and Exclusions.
9. Both plans will be in effect 24 hours a-day during the heating season for emergency service (October
1st through April 30th). Emergency is defined as: no heat, oil leak, hot water piping leak, fumes, or
other needs as determined by the technician.
Non-emergency service will be completed on weekdays during our regular operating hours.
10. A contract is not available for customers using #2 fuel oil in outside above ground tanks. However, if
kerosene is used year round, and supplied by C.A. Albright and Sons, LLC, then coverage may be
available.
11. Tankless coil cleaning is not covered under service contract.
12. Contracts cover only those repairs and replacement of parts which result from normal operation of the
heating equipment during the effective period of the contract. Persons other than a C.A. Albright &
Sons LLC employee, rendering repairs or adjustments to the equipment, except as instructed by C.A.
Albright & Sons LLC will void this contract.

13. C.A. Albright & Sons LLC will use only new and reconditioned parts subject to availability
and are guaranteed for 1 year against manufacturer’s defects. The customer’s exclusive remedy for
loss or damage arising from or related to parts or service provided by C.A. Albright & Sons, LLC
under this contract is repair or replacement of the part provided by C.A. Albright & Sons, LLC under
this contract.
14. C.A. Albright & Sons LLC shall not be liable under these contracts for customer’s failure to use
ordinary care in the operation of heating equipment, including but not limited to: customer failure to
keep adequate water in boiler (if applicable), failure to keep fuel oil in tank (if applicable), failure
to keep kerosene in tank (if applicable), fuel flow problems due to outside fuel storage, failure to turn
on main switch or circuit breakers, blown fuses, power loss or surge, or any other failure of an
electrical system, improper thermostat settings of faulty thermostat, freezing, debris build up in air or
venting systems, unattended or unoccupied buildings, flood, or any condition beyond C.A.
Albright & Sons, LLC control, or any other cause or condition unrelated to normal operation or
maintenance of heating equipment, or which may affect C.A. Albright & Sons LLC ability to fulfill its
obligations under the terms of the contract.
15. C.A. Albright & Sons LLC shall not be liable for damage resulting from unattended buildings, riots,
flooding, power failure, terrorist attack, strikes, or acts of God.
16. When it is no longer practical to continue servicing customer’s equipment due to age or obsolescence,
C.A. Albright & Sons LLC reserves the right not to renew this contract at any time; or C.A.
Albright & Sons LLC (with customer’s approval and at customer’s expense) will modernize
customer’s equipment which will continue this contract.
17. Contract includes (1) cleaning, (1) standard oil filter change and (1) standard nozzle change,
(including efficiency adjustment) during the effective contract period. On occasion certain oil filters
and nozzles are specialized in size and type; in this case there is an additional charge to the
Customer to offset the added cost of the non-standard oil filter and or nozzle. It is the responsibility of
the customer to contact our office and schedule an appointment for the included clean.
17. Non-contract cleaning and tune ups of furnace, boilers, and hot water heaters will be invoiced at the
time the work is done and are payable within 30 days of invoice date for customers in good
standing. COD Customer or New Customer payments will be due at the time of receiving service.
18. Service not covered by contracts: complete burner replacement, air cleaners, thermostats, anti-freeze,
thawing of frozen water or oil lines, oil filter housing, humidifiers, bronze body circulators, air
conditioning, chimney, oil tanks including oil fill and vents, boiler section heat exchanger, domestic
hot water coil, hot water or steam heat piping, warm air duct work, radiators and registers, expansion
tanks and spiral vents are not included.
19. All parts, equipment and/or labor not covered under these contracts will be charged to customers at the
prevailing rates.
20. C.A. Albright & Sons LLC reserves the right to decline coverage at any time.
