The founder Saud Al Maimouny hit upon the SAMCO Name in 1979. It has been established as a Saudi
Arabia based company to provide best quality service to a range of industries. SAMCO is well equipped
for undertaking any kind of projects in the field of Facility Management, Operation & Maintenance,
General Service, MEP Service, Professional Manpower Service in Engineering, IT and other Technical
categories, Trading etc.
It is SAMCO philosophy that Best Service enhances the productivity of the industry and there by enriches
the Kingdom’s Economy. With this in mind SAMCO Group has developed a Work Culture founded in
the same philosophy of development through best service.

Contracting is the core business of this division. It is now grown to
the level that it can take up any kind of projects in the field of
Facility Management, Operations & Maintenance, MEP Service,
General - Contracting etc with proven track records. We have
many satisfied clients in our credit. We have trained and dedicated
Manpower and equipments and other facilities to take up any
projects of challenging nature.
SAUD AL-MAIMOUNY FOR TRADING & TRANSPORTING
This is the division of the group handling the trading activities like trading
of Medical Mattresses and the Real estate Service of the Group. Details of
these activities are appended separately in this section itself.
Executive Transportation is a newly added service of the Group
in the view to provide the best and reliable transportation
facility for the Executives working in various industries in the
Industrial Cities. Since the day to day commutation from home
to office and back in the hectic schedule and through the
busiest roads is a nightmare for individual executives, SAMCO extends a better
solution of group transportation for them ensuring the comfort and punctuality.
GULF ZOUR EST FOR INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENTS
This division of the group handles the Professional Manpower Supply for the
industries. The primary task of this division is to build a workforce that delivers and
we have succeeded in it and evolved as a leading provider of committed and
skilled manpower for the Kingdom’s top corporates.
Our manpower pool undergoes a series of rigid screening and testing procedures to
ensure that they are qualified for deployment and that each one meets the standards
of the clients.
We deploy IT professionals, Engineers, Supervisors, Inspectors, Technicians,
Operators, Craftsmen of different disciplines, Secretarial professional, General Skilled
and Semi skilled manpower etc. Detailed list of available manpower is appended at the
end of this section.
SAMCO REAL ESTATES
The firm offers a wide scope of real estate services more so specializing in rental,
management and sale of up-market residential properties and a variety of
commercial properties.
Our experience and knowledge in both residential and
commercial property markets is drawn from the
personnel’s wide span of experience in the real estate
industry, which has been demonstrated very ably.
Our young and highly motivated graduate multi-disciplined and professional
staffs are actively involved in purchasing, development, letting and management
of both residential and commercial properties.
SAMCO MEDICAL MATTRESS & SLEEP SOLUTIONS
Comfort is our Business. To give its expanding activities a
definite direction and a wider dimension, SAMCO is
repositioning itself as a major player in the comfort industry
rather than a leader in just the mattress business. Thus
operating on a larger canvas, the company will have more room
to grow.
