1999, managing their workers’ compensation program
— working directly with the Authority’s own medical
director and medical staff — and providing medical

Customized reports help you manage costs
Inservco offers customized reports based on your
requirements. Our system provides e-mail and Internet
capabilities, including e-mailing reports directly to
your excess carrier. We also offer several standard
reports that are available to all customers, including
detailed claim reports, financial transaction logs and
loss statistics. Reports can be generated monthly,
quarterly, semi-annually and annually.
Access to information when you need it
Technology helps us serve you better
Our automated system helps us manage all lines of
business: auto, general and property liability, medical
professional liability and workers’ compensation. The
system tracks each claim — including claimant name
and address, loss description, loss date and claim report
date — and claims payment history, detailing every
payment transaction. And you can choose to view
reports online, rather than receiving paper copies.
Our system also contains several quality control
assurances, including review for adequate reserves for
payments, verification for duplicate payments and
checks for valid coding for injury and accident fields.
Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher
Education comprises 14 universities,
four branch campuses, the McKeever
Environmental Learning Center and
Dixon University Center. The System’s
purpose is to provide high-quality
education at the lowest possible cost.
The System universities — located in
rural, suburban and small-town settings
throughout Pennsylvania — educate more
students each year than any other higher
educational institution in the state.
Since 1993, Inservco has served as the
third-party administrator for each of the
14 universities, making any necessary
adjustments based on their specific needs.

site, www.Inservco.net. This allows you to complete
OSHA reports and Employers First reports and to view
up-to-date claim information — including payments,
notes and diary entries — and other transactions
within our system. Whenever it’s convenient for you.
The New Jersey Intergovernmental
Insurance Fund, which represents more
than 40 public entities, started in 1991
to help manage workers’ compensation
costs. That same year, they selected
Inservco as their third-party
administrator. And we’ve administered
their claims ever since.
We also perform safety
inspections/analysis and attend their
monthly meetings to help answer any
questions from their members. We’ve
even assisted with their volunteer fire
staff program, where we coordinate
the supplemental insurance portion of
the program and perform pulmonary
and hearing testings for the fire staff.
