GET YOUR ORGANIZATION READY FOR CHANGE
You will explore, define, validate and commit to your breakthrough – harnessing insights from strategy, inspiration from successful go to market approaches, and the wisdom of leadership counsel. Ahead of the program, you receive one-on-one coaching to identify a promising business opportunity. You then refine your idea during the program – isolating the real issues impeding progress, then searching for and testing a way forward. Finally, you get real take-home value: a personal agenda and action plan for organizational change management to initiate on your return.
BPSE is for senior executives at, or near, the top of their organization.
Participants are generally at committee, group or divisional level – in the loop of all key business and strategy decisions, and with considerable experience, influence and power. IMD carefully selects a balanced mix of executives from different industries and geographies for each session, to ensure the best peer learning environment.

WEEK 1 – COMMIT TO YOUR BUSINESS BREAKTHROUGH
The first week focuses on looking at your business through new lenses and addressing your organization’s ambition from a new perspective. You’ll also explore just what it will take to achieve your breakthrough – both organizationally and personally. You will identify the capabilities required to achieve your breakthrough, develop the plan to realize it, and visualize and prepare to lead it.
