Design
: Computer lay-out with 300dpi high resolution shall be
provided by client.
Delivery
: 2 – 3 weeks upon received of signed artwork, P.O. and 50 % DP.
Payment
: 50 % DP and balance 50% is 30 days PDC (Company check only).
Validity
: This proposal is valid for 15 days.
Protection has assumed the top of mind position due to a rising
concern about counterfeiting - this has led to greater use of
security marking methods like printing with Invisible UV Ink that

History:
First Phil-Ink Enterprises was formerly known as Quantum Physics Laboratory.
It was in 1991 when we became the first producer of Invisible Security Writing/Stamping Ink
in the Philippines and which was distributed to our various dealers who are engaged in
supplying banks with security products & supplies and others, up to the present time.
Presently...We have introduced more innovative solutions that are vital to the sanctity and
security of Documents which would prevent if not all together eliminate fakery, imitation and
forgery of important documents by using different kinds of Invisible UV Ink Colors such as
red, yellow, green, orange and blue that is only visible with the use of UV light or Money
Detector.
Primary Purposes:
FPI Enterprises dedicates on designing, producing, marketing and selling a broad
range of document security solutions (security-enhanced, counterfeit-resistant paper
documents and technologies) that will live up to our customers’ expectations, and
contribute to a more convenient living environment. Among others, the products are
