In addition to the counter specials available from time to time, Avis agrees to provide the following daily Corporate rates and
discounts to the employees of the company using the AWD number listed below. The renter may take advantage of either
corporate or “over the counter” rates at the time of rental. The following rates and discounts are applicable in the 48
contiguous states, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, the District of Columbia and Canada. Unless otherwise provided, these rates do not
include taxes, LDW, PAI, refueling service charges, airport related fees, drop charges, similar optional service fees, or any
other extra service fees not specifically included in the rates. No discount shall apply to such charges.

Avis Corporate Awards - An International Program
In addition to the Corporate Rates and Discounts listed above, Avis also offers the client company the money saving
opportunity to earn FREE RENTAL DAYS. Each time the company accumulates 15 rental days with Avis using the
company’s AWD number, Avis will send the company a certificate for one Free rental day of a Group G Premium size car.
Each certificate will cover the daily rental charges for the vehicle. Excess mileage, refueling service, one-way service fees,
and other optional purchases are not included. Each certificate may be redeemed at Avis Corporate and participating
licensee locations in the United States (excluding HI), Canada and Puerto Rico, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and South
Africa. The Company’s AWD number listed below must appear on the rental agreement.

I.
UNITED STATES
A. Rental Qualifications: Individual renters must meet standard Avis age and credit requirements. At most
locations in the U.S. renters must be at least 25 years of age and present a form of payment acceptable to
Avis. In the state of New York renters must be a minimum of 18 years of age and present an acceptable
form of payment. Additional daily charges will apply to renters under the age of 25.
B. The Daily rates shown on this applications will be available from Avis Corporate and participating Licensee
locations in the 48 contiguous states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico when vehicles are returned
to the renting city. Weekly rentals on the Corporate rates (except for Florida and Hawaii) will be charged at 7
times the daily rate. Monthly rentals will be charged at 4 times the weekly rate. These rates include FREE
UNLIMITED MILEAGE when the car is returned to the renting city. Mini-Lease rentals will receive a 5%
discount when rented and returned to the same Corporate or participating Licensee locations in the 48
contiguous states.
C. For promotional or “over the counter” rates, the renter will receive a 5% discount when he/she presents the
appropriate company Avis Discount (AWD) number at the time of reservation and rental. This discount will
apply to Daily, Weekly and Weekend rentals where the renter chooses the “over the counter” rate versus
the Corporate rate in the 48 contiguous states.
D. At certain metropolitan locations and their airports, there will be additional charges to the Corporate Rates.
For a list of those locations please see the “Premium Cities” list on the previous page of this form.
E. One-Way Rentals: Car classes B through E not returned to the renting city will retain the daily Corporate rate, but
will also be assessed a mileage fee of $0.40 for each mile driven during the rental. Other car classes not returned to
the renting city will be charged at an “over the counter” rate and may be subject to a one-way service fee. Cars rented
in the state of Florida may be returned to any Avis location in the state of Florida and will not incur any one-way fee.
F. Insurance and LDW: The Corporate Rates of this agreement include the liability insurance of the state on
the rental agreement at the time of rental. Additional liability insurance may be purchased at the renter's
option where available. The renter is responsible up to the full value of the Avis vehicle in the event of
loss or damage. Optional LDW coverage may be purchased where available.
II.
CANADA
A. The Canadian rates on this application are expressed in Canadian dollars. These rates include UNLIMITED
FREE KILOMETERS when the vehicle is rented from an Avis Corporate or Participating Licensee location
and returned to the renting location. For one-way rentals, a 10% discount will apply to normal time and
kilometer rates, and may be subject to a one-way service fee.
B. Renters in Canada must be 21 years of age or older and present their Avis AWD number and an acceptable
form of payment. (Avis or Avis honored charge card.)
III.
INTERNATIONAL
Discounts are applicable where permitted by law to International Time and Kilometer rates. By using the Avis
AWD number, Avis offers the following discounts: Western Europe 20%, Africa/Middle East 10%, Asia and
Pacific 15%, and Latin America 10%, excluding Puerto Rico.
IV.
WORLDWIDE:
Corporate rates and discounts, optional LDW limitations and insurance levels may be modified
at any time without written notification. Commercial rates may not be available during peak
demand periods. Individual renters must meet Avis age and credit requirements.
