Green Belt Certification in Healthcare Performance Improvement
 Candidates must complete the intensive boot camp certification training.
 Candidates successfully complete the TPMG’s healthcare lean six sigma green belt
certification exam.
 Candidates will dive deep into the five stages of continuous improvement problem
solving (DMAIC), and learn the specific skills and tools, needed to Define, Measure,
Analyze, Improve and Control service excellence and organizational performance.
