To improve the Specific Fuel Consumption of 3-Wheeler 4S Engine (205 cc LPG and CNG models)
 Project Objective: Reduce SFC from the benchmark level (245-258) to target level (235-245)
 Analysed the challenges, proposed solutions for the problem and tested the solutions with implementation on the engine
 Achieved an SFC of 238-242 and improved quality of the product
 Business Impact: Saving of approx. INR 1.2 million per annum in initial stage of the Project due to reductions in complaints


