COURSE OBJECTIVES:
This course is an introduction to the tools of accounting information for management decision making. Topics include the comparison between managerial accounting and financial accounting, job order costing, process costing, cost behavior, activity based costing, budgeting and standard costing.

100 % are due at the end of the class indicated. Late assignments will not be accepted; presentation should be acceptable, with name of group clearly indicated. One assignment per group should be handed in. They should be stapled prior to submission.
Solutions to the assignments will be posted on Moodle the next day they are due.

Midterm and final examination will cover all work completed to date;
You need at least 50 % in total in the summation of the midterm and final examinations to pass the course; final exam is cumulative.
No supplemental (Midterm or Final examination ).
