Today, mass production of components and parts has been made easy
and accurate by advanced automated machines. FINISHING of these
parts is very critical to the job which has been still left to hours of
laborious manual work. The manual work apart from consuming time
asks for more tolerances. MID range of products fit into the automation
process taking care of this finishing to provide consistent quality,
improved productivity thus reducing direct labor content.
MID brushes and wheels are made of heat

involving CNC machining centres, robots, and automated
workstations.
The brushes are now available with a complete range of
adapters absolutely ready to use on all these machines. The
operation of these brushes could be vertical or horizontal. Apart
from the readily available range we have the flexibility of catering to
customised types of requirements with regards to the sizes and
their adapters for mounting when required.
