Please join me in congratulating Daryl Daniels on his promotion to
Executive Director of Gaming Audit & Accounting for the Finance
Shared Services Center (FSSC). In his new role, Daryl oversees
the compliance, audit and accounting functions for our Company’s
gaming operations.
Daryl most recently served as Casino Controller for the Gaming
Audit & Accounting department, where he has been assisting
the project team on the transformation of the Corporate Casino
Accounting department from 10 Las Vegas properties to one
unified department housed at the FSSC. This includes standardizing
processes, selecting and implementing technology, and
culture development.

Daryl began his Finance career as a Casino Audit Clerk at the Las
Vegas Hilton. During the five years he spent there, he also served
as Audit Manager for the Hotel and Food & Beverage divisions and
as a Staff Accountant. In December 1997, Daryl joined The Mirage
team as a Corporate Internal Auditor. In 2000, he went to work
for Park Place Entertainment as Corporate Senior Internal Auditor
before rejoining Team Bellagio as Assistant Casino Controller
in 2000. In 2005, Daryl was promoted to Casino Controller at The
Mirage where he remained until transferring to Bellagio in the same
capacity in 2008.
Daryl received his Masters in Business Administration from the
University of Phoenix, and his Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration Degree with a concentration in Accounting from the
University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is a member of Omega Psi Phi
Fraternity Incorporated and is a Board Member for Uplift Foundation
of Nevada.

I am pleased to announce the promotion of Julie Conner to
Director of Gaming Audit & Accounting. Julie oversees the gaming
compliance, audit and accounting for all Table Games, Race
& Sports Book, and Keno operations at our southern Nevada
properties. In this role, Julie reports directly to Daryl Daniels,
Executive Director of Gaming Audit & Accounting.
Julie began her career with MGM Resorts in 2006 as a Casino
Accounting Supervisor at The Mirage. In 2008, she accepted a
promotion at Excalibur as Casino Accounting Manager where she
remained until transferring to Bellagio in the same capacity in 2009.

During her time with our Company, Julie has become a subject
matter expert in M life, developing new audit programs and
procedures for the program and overseeing the validation and
implementation of new M life reporting in conjunction with IT
Business Intelligence. She has also managed property system
upgrades for Machine Accounting and EZPAY to ensure correct
reporting and operational reliability.
Julie received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from
the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

I am pleased to announce the promotion of Alfred Jang to
Director of Gaming Audit & Accounting, where he oversees the
Process Improvement and Technology sectors. In this role, Alfred
will oversee the implementation of standardization and process
improvements for the department’s operations at our Las Vegas and
Mississippi properties.
Alfred most recently served as Assistant Casino Controller within
the Finance Shared Services Center (FSSC), where he was subject
matter expert for the recent Casino Accounting transformation
project. As part of this role, he assisted with the implementation of
standardized operating procedures for property audits and Casino
Cage accountability. Prior to that, Alfred was Assistant Casino
Controller at MGM Grand Las Vegas.
Alfred Jang

Alfred began his career with our Company in 2007 as Casino
Auditor at MGM Grand, where he was responsible for analyzing
financial reports, balancing casino transactions with departments,
and reporting financial status to senior management. Just one year
later, Alfred was promoted to Senior Revenue Accountant, and by
2011 was the property’s Casino Accounting Manager.
Alfred previously served as a Sergeant in the Republic of Korea
Army’s 3rd Logistic Command, where he led a small infantry of
50 soldiers.
Alfred received his Master of Science Degree in Hotel Administration
from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Additionally, he earned
a Graduate Diploma of Hotel Operations Management from the
Swiss Hotel Management School in Leysin, Switzerland, as well as
a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Bachelor of Arts in English
Literature, both from Kyunghee University in Seoul, S. Korea.

Please congratulate Jon Kim on his promotion to Director of
Gaming Audit & Accounting. In his new role, Jon oversees the
Poker, Cage Audit and Accounting & Tax functions for our Las Vegas
properties to ensure the timely and accurate production of financial
statements, tax and license submissions. Jon reports directly to
Daryl Daniels, Executive Director of Gaming Audit & Accounting.
Jon brings to his new position 14 years of gaming experience with
a concentration in accounting, audit and compliance. Most recently,
he served as Casino Controller at Bellagio. He began his career
with MGM Resorts in 2005 as Casino Accounting Manager at The
Mirage and has since served in the same role at Bellagio, as well
as in the Assistant Casino Controller position as both The Mirage
and Bellagio.
Jon Kim

Gaming Audit & Accounting
During his tenure with our Company, Jon has successfully
created and implemented new audit programs, as well as
standardized processes and procedures for several finance
functions at the properties.
Jon received a Master of Science Degree in Accounting from
the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, a Master of Hospitality
Management from the University of Houston, and a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Hotel Administration from the University of
Nevada, Las Vegas. In 2010, Jon completed the Bellagio Executive
Mentorship program.

Please extend your congratulations to Tracy Peters on her
promotion to Director of Gaming Audit & Accounting. In her new
role, Tracy oversees compliance with Nevada Gaming Control Board
regulations and ensures all transactional activity is accurately
recorded to the general ledger. Tracy reports directly to Daryl
Daniels, Executive Director of Gaming Audit & Accounting.
Tracy began her career with our Company in 2000 as a Casino
Accounting Audit Clerk at Bellagio. She quickly earned a promotion
to Casino Accounting Supervisor, and by 2005 was Casino
Accounting Manager at New York-New York handling the hiring,
training and scheduling for both the Casino Accounting and Count
Team departments. During her time with MGM Resorts, Tracy has
also held the positions of Assistant Casino Controller at Monte Carlo
and The Mirage.
Tracy received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance
from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
