COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course addresses issues of strategic leadership by examining the role of the general manager
in both entrepreneurial ventures and large corporations. Class discussions will cover issues of
strategic vision and change management; negotiation, power and influence; motivation,
empowerment, team leadership etc. Career development issues will also be examined from the
perspective of developing one's leadership potential in today's fast-paced and competitive
business environment.
