Career Exploration of the Customer Service Industry
Class will introduce the essentials of succeeding in the customer service industry. Learn what skills
are necessary for different job opportunities for a successful and fulfilling career in this field.
Introduction to Computer Literacy for Job Seekers
Gain computer skills that will help you find employment! Basic keyboarding skills, learn how to use
email, and find job openings using career websites and tips for completing online job
applications.
Resume to the Interview and all the Steps In-Between
Create a winning resume and develop lasting skills that will help you in your job search and future
Career Readiness Certificate Preparation Class and Assessments
Practice and earn this nationally-recognized credential that will show employers your strengths and
employability skills in Applied Mathematics, Locating Information, and Reading for Information.
HRD courses are fee-waived for qualifying individuals who are unemployed,
“underemployed,” or who have received notice of layoff or pending layoff.
