Campaign Guidelines
Campaigning is a way of letting others know what your views are and what you would like to do
as a Student Council Officer. Hanging posters is a good way to inform students. Below are
guidelines that must be followed when hanging campaign posters.
●
●
●
●
●
●
You may hang posters in the main hallway or upper grade hallway on the bottom half of
the wall.
Posters must be hung after school.
Only blue tape is allowed to hang posters.
All posters must be removed by the candidate after the election on 5/28 after school. One
(1) must be returned to Mrs. Guernsey for use in the Student Council display case.
The posters must be appropriate and cannot cover another candidate’s poster.
If you have any questions about posters, please ask Mrs. Guernsey.
