On the morning of March 4,1991, the Greater Rochester area woke up to an ice storm that Crippled the City and left
hundreds of thousands of people without heat and electricity. These horses at the Sisters Of St. Joseph Motherhouse are framed in a cascade of broken branches a week after the storm.
