Shipping Procedures
All shipments are F.O.B. San Diego, California. Shipping charges will be added to your order. No charge for UPS Ground on
single orders of 10 or more Customer Kits. To expedite your order, we offer a variety of shipping options—let us know which
method you prefer and we will make every effort to meet your needs.
Billing and Credit Terms
King Schools will gladly extend open account privileges to any Cessna Pilot Center that has an open account in good
standing with Cessna Aircraft Company. Invoices will be sent following shipment. Contact King Schools Customer Service for
an Open Account Application.
King Schools will also accept prepayment by check or credit card, or we can ship orders to you C.O.D. Any check received
by King Schools for payment that is not negotiable may be subject to a processing charge, in addition to the face value of
the check.
Returned Merchandise Policy for CPCs
Your ability to provide the best products and training to your customers is important to us. King Schools’ Returned
Merchandise Policy is designed to assist you with this goal. All material returned for credit should be current and in
re-saleable condition, as determined by King Schools. Any product returned will be assessed a 10% restocking fee. We will
gladly replace any products at no charge that are defective in workmanship.
We are sorry, we cannot refund shipping or C.O.D. charges.
