I am requesting summer housing for the following summer school sessions and
understand all room assignments will be double occupancy. Check the box next to the
corresponding session(s) you will be attending. Current STAC residents will be allowed to
reside in STAC, but may be reassigned to a different apartment within the building, as
long as they are registered for Pre-Session, Session A and/or all of the following sessions.
This means to stay in STAC for Session A, you must currently live in STAC and
must be here for Pre-Session. If you live in STAC and choose not to sign up for
pre-session you cannot stay if you sign up for Session A. You cannot stay in STAC
if you are not registered for Session A, but are registered for B and/or C. The weekly rate
for STAC is: STAC single - $312 per week.

Pre-Session (May 17 – May 23) Approx. Cost: $220
• Only available for current resident students. You will stay in your current
spring assignment until such time that you are instructed to move to your
summer assignment.
• Family College and T3 residents will move on Friday, May 22 from 12:00pm
to 4:00pm, due to summer construction schedules.
• Move-out date (tentatively): Saturday May 23 (9:00am – 12:00 noon)
Session A (May 26 - June 19) Approx. Cost: $882
• Move-in date: Sunday, May 24 (12:00noon – 5:00pm)
• Move-out date: Saturday, June 20 (9:00am – 12:00 noon)
Session B (June 22 – July 17) Approx. Cost: $882
• Move-in date: Sunday, June 21 (3:00pm – 6:00pm)
• Move-out date: Saturday, July 18 (9:00am – 12:00 noon)
Session C (July 20 – August 7) Approx. Cost: $661
• Move-in date: Sunday, July 19 (3:00pm – 6:00pm)
• Move-out date: Saturday, August 8 (9:00am – 12:00 noon)
Post-Session (August 9- August 29; start of Fall 2015 semester) Approx. Cost: $661
Will stay in current summer assignment until fall assignment is ready
• Move-out time: Saturday, August 8 (9:00am – 12:00 noon)
I will be a registered student for each summer session for which I am requesting housing.
I understand all policies and guidelines that are in effect during the academic year are
also applicable during the summer months.
