The menu is comprised mainly of locally sourced ingredients with an emphasis on the fresh and seasonal ingredients available from the North Fork and East End of Long Island. A native Long Islander and resident of Sonoma County, CA for several years, Chef Noah is familiar with the excellent quality and high standards of food produced by local farmers, fisherman and artisans. He supports Long Island purveyors and uses their products whenever possible. Our Events Team will handle every detail to make sure that you and your guests have a wonderful and memorable experience. Chef Noah and his team are experienced in catering a variety of event sizes and styles; whether off site at a vineyard or private residence or on site in our private dining room, consider us when hosting a wedding, rehearsal dinner, special family occasion or corporate function. Our private room can accommodate from 25 to 50 guests and for larger groups of up to 80 guests, our bar and lounge area can be made available as well. Or, you can reserve the entire restaurant for up to 250 guests. We also cater small gatherings or dinner parties with food made available to be picked up or delivered.
