OUR CUISINE. noah’s is a New American
restaurant that prides itself on seafood inspired
small plates and raw bar. The menu is comprised
mainly of locally sourced ingredients with an
emphasis on the fresh and seasonal ingredients
available from the North Fork and East End of
Long Island.
OUR CHEF. noah’s foods represents the passion
of Executive Chef and Owner Noah Schwartz
and his commitment to use fresh, locally sourced
produce, fish and meats. A native Long Islander
and resident of Sonoma County, CA for several
years, Chef Noah is familiar with the excellent
quality and high standards of food produced by
local farmers, fisherman and artisans. He supports
Long Island purveyors and uses their products
whenever possible. Chef Noah’s cuisine and
personal style emphasizes dishes that change
with the seasons and allow the ingredients to
speak for themselves. Noah believes in fostering
strong community relationships. Together with
local North Fork winemakers we’ve created
delicious wine tasting dinners that have become
very popular with our patrons. In addition, we
have catered many memorable and successful
corporate and fundraising events for highly
respected East End organizations.
OUR MENU. Our Catering Menus feature many
of noah’s signature dishes along with many other
options specifically prepared for our catering
customers. Many of our restaurant favorites are
available including, Crab Stuffed Deviled Eggs,
Filet Mignon Sliders on Toasted Brioche with
Truffled Hollandaise, Tuna Tartare with Avocado,
Jalapeño and Seaweed Salad, Crescent Farms
Pulled Duck BBQ with Smoked Cheddar Polenta,
Crispy Tasmanian Red Crab Tacos and Warm
Lobster Rolls.
We are also happy to customize a menu that
is specific to the event you are planning. Chef
Noah will gladly tailor a menu to reflect your
personal style and preferences. Of course, any
specific dietary requirements or special requests
you may have will also be accommodated.

YOUR EVENT. We understand that your event is
very special. Our Events Team will handle every
detail to make sure that you and your guests have
a wonderful and memorable experience.
Chef Noah and his team are experienced in
catering a variety of event sizes and styles;
whether off site at a vineyard or private residence
or on site in our private dining room, consider
us when hosting a wedding, rehearsal dinner,
special family occasion or corporate function.
Our private room can accommodate from 25
to 50 guests and for larger groups of up to 80
guests, our bar and lounge area can be made
available as well. Or, you can reserve the entire
restaurant for up to 250 guests. We also cater
small gatherings or dinner parties with food made
available to be picked up or delivered.
Noah’s is a full service caterer. In addition to our
fine foods and friendly, experienced staff; we
provide a full array of additional services. This
includes assistance arranging party details such
as china, silverware, tables and linens, chairs,
custom centerpieces, flower arrangements, tents,
audio visual needs and entertainment.

Our first Farm-to-Table Benefit Dinner in 2012 was an exciting and vital moment in this new
era of food and culture at Sylvester Manor. Creating an event that was not just another
summer gala was a challenge, and one that Chef Noah met with taste and grace. Using
produce from our farm and other local providers, he created dishes that were elegant,
delicious and generous. At a nonprofit that is all about food, farming and place, the meal

In June, 2013, we held our summer signature event, Artists Against Abuse. Chef Noah and
his staff were complete professionals from start to finish. I never once had to worry about
the food, setup or wait staff. Whenever I saw Noah throughout the evening, he always
had a smile on his face making me feel very at ease. A few of us had the opportunity to
go to a tasting at Noah’s a few weeks prior to the event. The food was delicious! Any

For the past two years, noah’s Restaurant catered the Shelter Island Historical Society
“Black & White” benefit. Noah and his staff were wonderful to work with creating

Noah catered my daughter’s farm to table wedding in August 2013. The buzz after the
wedding was that it was the best wedding they ever attended. From the savory raw bar
to the mouthwatering filet mignon and grilled striped bass, the food was fresh, often local,
and delectable. Noah created many dishes using the seasonal vegetables from our farm
that pleased all our senses. Laura, the event coordinator, was such a pleasure to work with
and very sensitive to the wishes of the bride and groom. Both Noah and Laura helped to
create a wedding that will not be forgotten.
