1. MASS – Concentrate Superior power at a decisive time and place.
2. OBJECTIVE – Must have a definable goal (end result).
3. OFFENSIVE – ATTACK! Take the initiative! Strike first!
4. SIMPLICITY – The KISS principle – KEEP IT SIMPLE, STUPID! Prepare
uncomplicated plans and concise orders to ensure thorough understanding and
execution.
5. ECONOMY OF FORCE – Use only the resources it takes to win – NO WASTE!
6. MANEUVER – Be prepared to MOVE, keeping your opponent guessing.
7. UNITY OF COMMAND – All must agree to follow one leader.
8. SECRECY – Shhhhhhhhh! Don’t give your opponent the advantage.
9. SURPRISE – Accomplish your mission before your opponent can react, do the
unexpected.
