property continues to become infinitely ‘cooler’ as the wait to reveal our transformation gets
shorter as well! Our newly renovated lobby is finished with a few last minute art pieces being
delivered daily. The media wall is the centerpiece of our swanky new arrival, and whether
screening fashion, sports, or art it is sure to catch your eye.
Fitzgerald’s, a long time neighborhood favorite dinner & drink spot, has been freshened up and
reopened as a jazzy event venue – The Icon Room. From cocktail receptions & product
launches, to birthdays, anniversaries & any sort of celebration you can dream up, this private
space provides intimacy and glamour, with the custom catering and professional service to go
along with it! Contact our catering team to help plan your perfect occasion at the newly refined
Icon Room.
Our guests are well traveled, with impeccable taste. You like to dine in the trendiest restaurants
in town, so to make life easy, we’re bringing a cutting edge culinary experience right inside our
doors – The Runway! This hot new dining option offers California-infused comfort food, and is
conveniently located off our lobby. It includes a bar and lounge pouring exotic beers, the best
of California wines, and stylish, specialty cocktails. The menu is diverse and intended to satisfy
the cravings of ALL of our guests, offering bold and bright flavors. Enjoy contemporary
American cuisine with nods to intercontinental culture, including sharable plates and farm-totable dishes, styled to perfection with locally sourced ingredients. We operate on YOUR timeline,
as we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, but additionally the lounge and bar are open
throughout the day, starting as a café with a barista preparing made-to-order beverages and
transforming through the afternoon to offer dinner and drinks late into the night.

The Hilton Woodland Hills’ evolution isn’t only occurring at the property level - even if you are a

guest rooms for charging your many devices are just a few of our concerted efforts to keep your
data and information flowing and ensure seamless stays!
Are you using the Hilton HHonors app? Using the official app for all Hilton Travel really does save
time and travel headaches. We encourage it for all of our guests as it allows them speedy booking
and hotel receipts, the ability to “E-check-in” from anywhere and to choose your specific room. You
can also stay in the loop with information about your upcoming trip including maps, directions and
weather for your stay. Forgot your password? As long as you don’t also forget your hands you’re
ok - iPhone/iPad users can now log in with Touch ID (AKA thumbprint) technology!

Transformation 2015 - June updates
Summer is in the air and Woodland Hills is abuzz! A portion of our sexy new lobby is now open. The
media wall is being constructed and swanky lounge furniture is arriving daily.
Our sensational restaurant is now in the hands of architects, engineers, contractors and a handful of
fabulous designers. No reason to fret, we have a temporary pop-up dining experience on property, to
satisfy your appetite while we await the re-opening of our brand new, upscale dining location just east
of the front desk. Our Executive Chef, Sal Correa, is mixing & infusing, testing & tasting, and seasoning
& perfecting his enticing new sharable plates, farm to table dishes and savory offerings packed with
clean, bold flavors. Courtney, our mixologist, is shaking it up with herb infused cocktails, and finding the
perfect local brews to enhance the menus.
Our marketplace opened on June 18th with shelves stocked full of classic snacks, yummy sandwiches and
our soon to be famous home-crafted granola. Be sure to ask for Sal’s not-so-secret granola recipe from
the front desk to prepare a batch at home after you’ve returned from your stay, or opt to purchase a
pre-made container in the marketplace that we can ship home to you. Customize your own Starbucks
drink or grab a Jimmy Buffet Paradise Punch Hibiscus Tea from one of our many fridges. In the mood
for some ice cream at midnight? Who isn’t; we are currently carrying a variety of 20 frozen delights. With
24 hour access we hope to truly take care of our guests’ desires with all the creature comforts of home,
even while away!
It turns out we aren’t the only one undergoing a facelift! The Village at Westfield Topanga will be opening
at the end of the summer. This open-air gathering place for shopping, dining, entertainment and leisure
will provide visitors a destination experience unlike any other in the San Fernando Valley. Only an 11
minute walk from our Hilton Woodland Hills hotel - let us drive you there on our complimentary shuttle!
The Village will showcase trendy local fashion and lifestyle brands, sensational restaurants offering al
fresco patio dining, a spa and a yoga studio, along with weekly a farmer’s market, all under a canopy of
native trees and vegetation. We are truly excited to welcome our new neighbors.

Transformation 2015 - May updates
A total transformation of an iconic property often focusses on the physical building – the walls, the
furniture, the lighting & paint. EQUALLY important as the brick & mortar makeover is the fresh FEEL,
“vibe”, emotional connection & impact that our guests will experience through our upgraded
customer service and overall quality of the property. We are just as excited about and committed to
our internal transformation as we are about our fabulous new look!
Our lobby renovation is progressing swiftly, with phase one nearing completion. We think this is a
great time to call attention to the other distinguishable features that will set us apart.
Upon arrival, take advantage of our new VIP valet service – offering an optional car wash/detail! We
don’t just take care of our guests, we want to pamper your lifestyle too. Our hand wash car care
service will be available during the daytime only so arrive before 4pm to take advantage of this
service.
In our modern world full of self-check outs and mobile reservations, we DO still offer the personal
touch! We honor the lost art of customer service and invite you to come enjoy a delightful
conversation with your welcome ambassador. Our team’s goal is to make you feel comfortable, like
a good friend or relative returning to our home. Our registration pods have replaced the traditional
front desk, to break down physical barriers and let us service you best. Don’t worry – for those in a
rush or not feeling talkative, we’ll still offer full mobile check-in, and we will be rolling out smartphone
keyless entry within the year.
A new convenience that we are very excited about is our ‘Market Express’! This 24/7 shop, set to the
left of our check-in pods, offers ALL of the essentials. With fresh (prepared DAILY!) pastries,
sandwiches, salads, snacks & treats, Chef Sal’s signature protein-rich homemade granola, last minute
toiletries & supplies, and of course our self-serve Starbucks specialty coffee machine (lattes,
espressos & more, any time!), you are sure to be found making multiple stops during your stay at
‘Market Express’.
A fun time to really “take in” all the lobby enhancements will be each evening at dusk. Sit back and
observe our candle concierge setting the mood, as the ambiance shifts from slurping coffee to
sipping bourbon. Our evening ritual begins as a silver platter of chic pillars and stained glass votives
are ceremoniously lit, the lights dim, the pace of the music changes to evoke a hip & relaxed, nightlife
mood, and the day’s baristas transform to fashion forward cocktail attendants, ready to cater to your
drink & dining needs for the evening.

we delivered! With our new high-tech smartphone technology, room keys will be obsolete
at the Hilton Woodland Hills / Los Angeles. Upon entering your room, you will feel right
at home, surrounded with warm greys and crisps whites. The classic & contemporary
design style is felt throughout the room. No detail was overlooked; Oval space-saving
desks with ergonomic chairs, back-lit restroom mirrors, and of course the signature Hilton
