established through the support of our residents, their families and friends, our Board of Directors, staff and
the community at large. Caring for others is at the heart of who we are as individuals and members of the
human family. Your past generosity has enabled us to serve the physical, social and spiritual well being of
those who have turned to Schmitt Woodland Hills for residential and health care programs. Please help us

SWH Endowment Fund
The SWH Endowment Fund is a means to allow the present generation to share in the future mission of
Schmitt Woodland Hills and insure that it will be carried on by future generations. Contributions to this
fund will enable those coming after us to continue using our gifts to provide care for area seniors that
may not otherwise be possible. Inherent in the concept of an endowment is permanency of the gift
principle with only the earnings being available for expenditure. Therefore, the principle of the Fund is
restricted and may not be spent. Only earnings from this Fund will be disbursed.
