Step1: Go to the url http://umiami.gradesfirst.com and login using your Cane Id. To schedule your
tutoring appointment click on the “Schedule Tutor Appt.” link for the class you wish to be tutored in.
Step 2: Click on the “Choose a Location” drop down and select Academic Resource Center, UC N201.
Step 3: You may select an appointment by selecting an open block in the schedule. You may also change
the date by clicking on the calendar icon.
If a there are no available appointments you may go back to your schedule by clicking the “Home”
button and select “Request Tutor App.” Here you may list your availability in the comment section and
request an appointment, the ARC will accommodate you as soon as possible.
