ATLANTA (Jan. 18, 2016) – Top housing analysts James Egan and Ryan Gilbert will address thousands of residential housing
professionals at the first-ever Builder Remodeler Conference and Expo (BRExpo) this March. The Morgan Stanley experts will
share key insights gathered from Morgan Stanley Research and from its monthly survey of homebuilders throughout the country,
conducted in partnership with BRExpo promotional sponsor HomeSphere.
BRExpo, to be held March 7-9, is the first networking and educational conference for the East Coast building and remodeling
industry since the downturn in the mid-2000s. Industry veteran Verne Packer and his team launched the new conference to respond

covering the homebuilding industry for Morgan Stanley.
