As a volunteer for Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) training, I incur an obligation to attend
an ARSOF Assessment and Selection (AAS) Course if selected by the ARSOF Officer Accession Board.
I acknowledge my obligation and will attend AAS as directed by ARSOF representatives at Human
Resources Command (HRC) in accordance with published orders.
The statement I have made in this affidavit regarding my intention to attend AAS is true and may be
regarded as a binding contract.
