The stopple plugging machine consists of three major sections: a hydraulic cylinder, a plugging head
housing and a plugging head.
Stopple components are designed to meet the requirement of ANCE MR 0175-90 This machine operating
at crude oil sour service
Maximum operating temperature is 100 C
Maximum operating pressure is 1480 PSI

1- Supply of all mill tests certificates for individual items including all tests ( performed, heat analysis ,chemical
composition ,mechanical and hydrostatic tests. These certificates should be issued by third party who is
performing inspecting activities at the mill, Such third party should be a well-known in section company and
accepted by MOC such as DNV, LLOYDS , INTERTEK ,BUREAU VERITAS).
2- The supplier should present complete set of printed documents.
3- Vender list should be submitted within offer for each item clearly stated the Manufactures and country of origin
of materials.
4- Origin and manufacturer of main parts should be fixed on clear place as punched letters.
5- delivery term CIP Missan .
6- Commercial offer should be in (US .DOLLAR) only
7- Relevant catalogues, diagrams and data sheet to be submitted within the technical offer
8- country of origin ITALY, BELGIUM ,GERMANY, ENGLAND , FRANCE ,USA ,CANADA
9- Origin certificate should be submitted and approved by commerce &industry chamber, authenticated by Iraqi
consulate.
10- The training should be (free of charge ) five persons at the manufacturer country mill, for two weeks .
