enrich the students online experience.

What is new in Blackboard 9.1 SP9?
Those TROY students that have been using Blackboard for a while, you will instantly
notice that Blackboard looks different due to a recent upgrade to SP9. The new version
of Blackboard integrates the latest Web 2.0 technology with the course management
that our students are familiar with. New features such as Course to Course Navigation
and Avatar Creation help enrich the online experience.
Common Blackboard questions:
My Course menu is not showing up when I select my class, where did it go?
This typically happens when the student accidently hides the course menu. To see stepby-step directions to unhide the menu, click here.
I forgot my username/password. How do I retrieve this information?
Your username is same as your e-mail username minus the @troy.edu (Ex.
jsmith2342@troy.edu Blackboard user name is jsmith2342.). Your password should be
the last four digits of your SSN. If you need to reset your password click here.
How can I receive help with online courses?
The easiest way to receive assistance is via a Helpdesk Ticket System. Problems are
resolved in the order that they are received. Our hours of support are 7AM to 8PM CST,
seven days a week. Click here to access the TROY Helpdesk System.
