direct seller of beauty and related products). She served as Senior Vice
President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Avon
Products, Inc. from November 1993 to February 1998. She is a director
of R. H. Donnelley Corp.
Ms. Woodbury is currently the chair of the Management Development
and Compensation Committee and a member of the Corporate
Governance Committee and the Executive Committee.
