Giving Skills to Today's Students for Tomorrow - With the Workforce Development Oracle University
provides education and certification programs that give students relevant job skills in an incr easingly
competitive work environment. This program addresses the growing shortage of skilled employees in the
global technology industry by enabling education programs to offer Oracle training.
This program enables qualified organizations to offer select Oracle University’s Instructor Led Training to its
students. A Workforce Development partner is eligible to purchase student eKits at a reduced price. If you
purchase a Learning Credit account (good for 12 months) then the discount could be more substantial. OU
invoices the Partner for each discounted order. The Partner then invoices the Student directly.
Please note if your membership lapses, your Workforce Development Agreement will no longer be in effect.
Please note that during that time, you will not be allowed to act as an Oracle University WDP Partner. There is an
annual membership fee to participate in the WDP program.

Portal Login
Creating a Single Sign On Account
Our WDP site requires an Oracle Web Account login. If you already have an
Oracle Web Account, please sign in using your current login information. If you
do not currently have an Oracle Single Sign On account, please ensure you request
one. Click on How to navigate the Oracle Web Site to create Single Sign On
account on the WDP Home page for instructions.
Requesting a forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password or need your password reset, please click on
the link "Lost your SSO account password" on the WDP Home Page.
Member accounts
Contact your local WDP account manager to establish a member account.
Member Accounts are required for all instructors or technical staff seeking to
obtain a 50% discount on training at Oracle University. To verify your
membership dates, from the WDP Member Portal, click the 'Update Department
Profile' link.
Updating your email address
In the event that your email address changes, please do NOT create a new member
account. From the WDP Member Portal, click 'Update Personal Profile' and
update your email.
Note: your email address is your logon Id, so changes to your email address will
also change your logon ID.
Orders
Ordering Courseware
To order curriculum:
1. From the WDP Member Portal, click on ' Order Courseware' and follow the
instructions.
2. Upgrades and additional platforms or packs can be ordered at any time by
members via Oracle MetaLink at http://metalink.oracle.com/.
Valid forms of payment
If you have any questions about payment methods, please click Contact Us to
reach your local WDP account representative.
Canceling an order
Once a WDP order is placed and form of payment submitted, the order is final and
cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged.
Requesting status of orders
To track a WDP order, please click reach out to WDP Partner Operations. Include
your name, school name, WDP Order Number, and the information you are
requesting about your order.

Order
Requirements
The following are the requirements when submitting a hard-copy Purchase
Order. Note - when “Electronic Purchase Order” is the selected payment
method, no hard-copy is required.
Requirement
A completed Purchase Order must accompany each applicable order.
Each purchase order must be uniquely numbered and must specify the
following: TERMS: NET 30 DAYS
Each purchase order must provide the Ship To information. The Ship To is
your customer’s information: Company Name, Address, Phone Number, Fax
(If they have one), Contact and E-Mail address.




Each purchase order may only apply to a single customer.
Each purchase order must provide the following Bill To information: Partner
Organization Name, Address, Phone, Fax, Contact and E-Mail Address.
Each purchase order must be signed and dated.


