Student Head Count The unduplicated count of students who receive a grade notation of A, B, C, D, F, FW, I*, P/CR, NP/NC, RD, W in at least one class during the reporting term Course Enrollment (Seat Count) The total course section enrollments of all students. For example, one student enrolled in five classes results in a seat count of five. Course Success Rate Definition: Percentage of students who receive a passing/satisfactory grade.
