She works specifically with federal documents including the United States Census, which is the primary source for much demographic information. Nancy Buysse, HIRED Nancy Buysse is an experienced recruiter, salesperson and career guide. She manages HIRED’s Career Crossroads programs, including the programs at Minneapolis Central Library, and HIRED’s popular Transition Seminars for workers who have experienced a layoff. Andy Carlson, Minneapolis Department of Community Planning & Economic Development (CPED) Andy Carlson counsels businesses on conducting a site search, identifying financial incentives, arranging workforce recruitment and training, and providing development review services.
