Mary Kay Harris, Minneapolis Public Library Mary Kay Harris began working at the Mineapolis
Public Library in 1983. Since 1992 she has served
as a librarian in all of the library’s subject departments, most recently in Business/Science/Government Documents.
Walt Johnson, Minneapolis Public Library
Mr. Johnson joined the Minneapolis Public Library
in 1994 as a Technology & Science librarian. During
2002-2004 he served as the 19th Fellow at the U.S.
Patent & Trademark Depository Library Program in
Arlington, VA.
Grover C. Jones, Northside Economic
Opportunity Network (NEON)
Grover Jones is the Loan Officer/Technical Assistant
for NEON’s business development program. Grover
Jones has owned and/or managed several businesses
for the past 25 years. Mr. Jones has spent the last
10 years packaging SBA loans nationally and commercial loans within the state of Minnesota.
These programs are provided by Minneapolis Public Library in partnership with the City of Minneapolis Department of Community Planning
and Economic Development, Goodwill/Easter Seals,
HIRED, Neon and SCORE. Financial support is provided by Ameriprise Financial and the Friends of

Meet the Experts
Carrie Brunsberg, Minneapolis Public Library
Ms. Brunsberg has worked in the government
documents department for four years. She works
specifically with federal documents including the
United States Census, which is the primary source
for much demographic information.
Nancy Buysse, HIRED
Nancy Buysse is an experienced recruiter, salesperson
and career guide. She manages HIRED’s Career
Crossroads programs, including the programs at Minneapolis Central Library, and HIRED’s popular Transition Seminars for workers who have
experienced a layoff. Andy Carlson, Minneapolis Department
of Community Planning & Economic
Development (CPED)
Andy Carlson counsels businesses on conducting a
site search, identifying financial incentives, arranging workforce recruitment and training, and
providing development review services. Mr. Carlson
has a Bachelor of Science degree in City Planning
and a Masters of Business Administration.
Emmanuel Muhozi, Goodwill/Easter Seals
Emmanuel Muhozi was born in Eastern Congo (former Zaire) and attended high school in Thionville,
France. He holds a bachelor degree in Business
Administration from Moncton University in New
Brunswick, Canada. He is a certified Global Career
Developer Facilitator, as well as an A+ Microsoft
Certified Professional. Mr. Muhozi speaks seven
languages, including French and Swahili.

President
Dana Dellis is an Employment Consultant with
Goodwill/Easter Seals and is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator. She holds a Bachelor
of Arts degree in Spanish and Organizational Communications. She is bilingual in Spanish and
English and teaches Creative Job Search in Spanish.
Ms. Pear has a Masters in Library Science from the
University of Wisconsin-Madison and has been a
reference librarian at MPL for 20 years, specializing
in business information. She serves on the electronic
resources team, which evaluates and selects the
library’s databases.
Charles Seashore, SCORE
In 2007, Charles Seashore, was named the Minnesota
Minority Small Business Champion of the Year by
the U.S. Small Business Administration. Prior to joining SCORE, he spent 40 years with Honeywell,
Inc. and Alliant Techsystems. Mr. Seashore has led
the “Going into Business Seminar” for the last six years.
Corrie Clouse, Goodwill/Easter Seals
Corrie Clouse is an Employment Consultant for the
Dislocated Worker Program with Goodwill/Easter
Seals. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Sociology from Concordia University.
