The Panera Bread College Marketing Ambassador program is a great way for you to gain real-world
experience and build your resume while providing us with valuable insights for our youth and young
adult marketing strategies.
As a College Ambassador, you'll:

Represent the Panera Bread brand.
Learn about the company and our bakery-cafe offerings.
Help to influence and capture students' attention and drive traffic to area locations.
Develop successful marketing and promotional campaigns to reach students on campus.
Help to integrate the brand into the college experience.
Advise and educate on Panera Bread's offerings that cater to the college lifestyle.
Provide updates to the team on a weekly basis.
Qualifications:

Able to work as many as 10 hours a week.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Able to plan and implement multiple projects and tasks within a required period with efficiency and creativity.
Comfortable and confident presenting and/or leading discussions in large group settings.
Able to work productively with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Great networking and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively with and through others.
Basic computer skills with experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
