We are currently looking for approx. 40 new recruits within the following fields:
Shootplanner trainee (5 positions open):
Organizing photo shoots and making sure that things run smoothly on set.
If you are service-minded, have excellent organizing skills, are excellent with people and free to travel the world all year long, then
this is the ideal position for you.
Yuri Arcurs will pay for your educational training so you are able to reach a level of excellence within the industry. Not only will you
be paid while trained, but you’ll have the opportunity to travel the world with your travel expenses covered. Being a shootplanner for
Yuri Arcurs is an extremely elite position, and we are looking only for the most talented and highly motivated candidates.
If you are appointed, we’ll expect extreme dedication from you during a trainee period of one year, for which you will receive payment. After 1 year you will be offered full time job depending on your grades, exams and qualifications judged by us.
Image Keyworder / Copy-writer (10 positions open):
Are you highly skilled in both written and spoken English and have a passion for words? Then this position might be your dream job.
In the position as a Copywriter you will be working with the Narrative Content of an image. This includes the titles, descriptions
and keywords of all the images we shoot. Your cultural knowledge, English skills, and ability to “read” an image will be challenged
every day. You will have to keep up with trends, have experience with photography, think creatively and be able to understand how
to “read” an image.
We set very high standards and expect you to do the same.
Image Retouchers / RAW Developers (20 positions open):
Tweaking and bringing images to a higher level using Photoshop, or RAW processing at the highest level.
If you are skilled in programmes like Photoshop, want to train with world-class photography experts, or super motivated to learn,
then the position of image retoucher is for you.
Skills especially valuable (but not necessarily required) for this position are:

Experience from the advertising industry.
Any photographic experience involving retouching your own or others images.
Good computer skills and/or willingness to learn.
Experience with Photoshop or Capture One Pro.
File & Distribution Organizer (1 position open):
Organizing the best-selling image library in the world, and keeping distributors updated and satisfied.
One of the most important elements in running a business is being organized, flexible, and fast moving. This is true for every aspect
of our organization, but it is mostly applicable for the person holding the position in charge of organizing the distribution of our files.
We are looking for someone who will only be satisfied when every file is accounted for, when they are 100% sure that the structure
is correct, and who can maintain our inventory in such a way that they always know where the files are, what their name structure
is, and someone who maintains a strict and consistent organizational system. If this sounds like you, then apply for the position
