Sweepstakes: 915 E. 230th Street Carson, CA 90745, Information needed: Name, Address, Telephone
Number, E-mail address. One (1) entry per person will be accepted regardless of method of entry.
Sweepstakes begins at 7:00am PST on October 7, 2015 and all entries must be received by 11:59pm
PST on November 3, 2015. All times in the Sweepstakes refer to Pacific Standard Time (“PST”). No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted. Bristol Farms and judges are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incorrect or misdirected entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Bristol Farms and will not be returned.
2. SELECTION OF WINNERS:
Ten (10) winners will be determined from all eligible entries received in random drawings conducted by
Bristol Farms whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by Friday November 13,
2015. Winners will be notified by phone, or email as the alternative. Winners must respond within 14 days or prize will be awarded to alternate candidate. Winner must accept prize and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability / publicity release. Prize may be awarded to alternate winner if affidavit is not returned within 14 days after mailing to winner or if prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable. Winners agree to the use of name, address, likeness, and / or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.
3. PRIZE & APROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE “ARV”:
Two (2) Grand Prize winners will receive four (4) Front of Line Pass passes, 4 general Admission passes and hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (the “Grand Prize”). (ARV $1,434.00) If Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her Grand Prize with fewer than three (3) Guests or no Guest, the
Grand Prize will be awarded to Winner and each participating Guest and any remainder of the Grand
Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the
Grand Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, at least one (1) travel companion must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. Travel companions must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to holiday, blackout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Trip must be completed within one (1) year of the end date of the promotion or Grand Prize will be forfeited. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date. Travel dates are subject to Sponsor approval. Any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Grand Prize will not be awarded. Grand
Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, airfare, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Grand Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Winner. Hotel arrangements must be made through Prize Provider. All Grand Prize elements must be redeemed at the same time. Prize Provider and/or Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets. The Grand Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

If a selected winner is not a resident of Southern California and Universal Studios Hollywood theme park is not in close proximity, air fare will not be provided. Expenses not specifically stated including, but not limited to, meals, beverages and gratuities, are the sole responsibility of the sweepstakes winner and guests. No other substitution or transfer of prize permitted. Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be substituted by cash.
Eight (8) Runner-up Prize winners will receive four (4) General Admission tickets (6-month expiration date; black-out dates will apply) (ARV $380). General Admission tickets Passes will be valid through
February 12, 2016. Blackout dates will apply. General Admission tickets Passes may not be sold, exchanged or otherwise transferred by winner.
4. ELIGIBILITY:
Sweepstakes open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older as of October 7, 2015 and legal residents of California except employees of Bristol Farms, Universal City Studios LLC, and NBC Universal
(and their immediate families and members of the same household). This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of prize winner. By participating in the sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that she/he is eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize related activities.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Bristol Farms (“Sponsor”) is not responsible for (i) lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries, whether caused by entrant, printing errors, or by any of the equipment, or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (ii) printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; and/or (iii) any computer, online, telephone, mail or technical malfunctions, delays or human errors that occur in the processing, transmission or receipt of entries, or for inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, lost or delayed by computer/telephone/mail transmissions or any injury or damage to persons or property, including, but not limited to, entrants’ computers, phones, hardware and/or software, which may be caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants’ participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, redemption or use of any prize. If, for any reason, the
Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event Sponsor terminates the Sweepstakes prematurely, it will conduct a drawing from all eligible entries received prior to the effective date of termination. Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be violating these full
Official Rules or suspected of attempting to disrupt or defraud the entry process or the operation of the
Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, the use of any robotic, automated, macro, bot script, program or automatic entry method, and Sponsor may prosecute or seek other legal redress against anyone suspected of engaging in these acts.
6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
By entering, all entrants agree that (a) Sponsor, Universal City Studios LLC dba Universal Studios
Hollywood, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and the officers, directors, agents, employees of each and all others associated with the development, administration, execution, fulfillment or advertising/promotion of this Sweepstakes, are hereby released from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of any prize, including liability for personal injury, bodily injury, death, damages or loss; (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs.

Street, Carson, CA 90745. Request must be received by November 13, 2015. The winner’s name will be sent after selection of the winner is complete.
