Save one leaf and pin it to them brim of a baseball cap so It hangs in front of your face. ¡ When someone asks you what you are, blow the leaf hanging from your hat and say, “A leaf blower!” ¡ Get a white t-­‐shirt and paint a large D on the front. ¡ Out of white foam board create a small white fence. ¡ Put the two together and it becomes “D-­‐ Fence!” ¡ Get suited up in a brown body suit or leotard. ¡ Cover your body with double sided tape. ¡ Then, blow up purple balloons and attach them to the tape. Choose a color scheme first. Dress in a solid color sweat suit. Paint or use a magic marker to print the word “Crayon” in large black letters down the length of your body. ¡ With the same color scheme, create a pointed hat (construction paper works just fine!) Staple a string on it and tie it under your neck to keep it secure. ¡ You can also paint your face in the same color scheme! ¡ ¡ ¡ ¡ Purchase white sheets and tear them into long strips. ¡ Get a friend to help you wrap them around your body ¡ Wear a black t-­‐shirt and pants. Paint two solid (or dotted) yellow lines down the middle of the shirt on both sides. Glue match box cars on both sides of the yellow lines! Think Black Widow! You’ll need a black hooded sweatshirt, a pair of black pants or sweats, and black socks or booties. ¡ You’ll also need 4 pairs of black tube socks or nylons. ¡ Stuff the tube socks with cotton batting, newspaper, or any other material. ¡ Then sew the eight legs to the sides of the black outfit. ¡ Paint eyes on the top of the hood and a large red spot on the back ¡ ¡ Blue fitted sundress with the hem cut (so it looks jagged). ¡ Wear a black wig with a bow or bone at the top. ¡ Glue a small rock or bone to the top of the dress! ¡ Greg and Marsha: § Wear bell bottom jeans with silk style shirts and lifter shoes. § You can even put on a giant nose to capture the episode where Marsha gets hit with the football. ¡ Wear a skimpy pink tube top beneath a red vest. ¡ Wear a pair of baggy pants (white or pink) and a pair of ballet shoes. ¡ Accessorize with large hoop earrings and a head band. ¡ Grab a mystery book, magnifying glass, and a sleuth hat to transform yourself. ¡ Wear a brown cape, khaki, or white pants, and a vest ¡ Using pipe cleaners, wire the inside of the pig tails. ¡ Wear a fringe dress with a flower pattern and a white apron with a fringe on it. ¡ Wear hiking boots with color socks and then apply red marker to create freckles on your face. ¡ Buy the tightest hotpants you can find (or buy tight jeans and make cut-­‐offs out of them. ¡ Then wear a skin tight shirt. ¡ Add thigh-­‐high go go boots (If you can’t find these, wear white shoes and white tube socks) ¡ A female symbol necklace, a wide headband, bright blue eyeshadow and hot pink lipstick finish off this look! ¡ Wear an old prom dress and pour fake blood all over it. Wear a tiara on your head! ¡ Buy brown hair extensions and make them into the “cinnamon buns” that Princess Lea is known for. ¡ Dress yourself in a plain colored wrap around dress or even a white or cream bathrobe. ¡ Add a rope belt and a laser gun! ¡ Grab a red dress and a pair of white thigh-­‐ high stockings with a white garter. ¡ This costume is complete with a pair of red high heels and a black bob wig. Accessorize with gold earrings and bracelets. ¡ Wear a white t-­‐shirt and tight jeans with tan boots. ¡ Put a tool belt around your waist. ¡ Buy a Hawaiian shirt, pair of shorts, and a large straw hat. ¡ Don’t forget to have a camera and maps hanging out. ¡ Find an old bridesmaid or prom dress. ¡ Add a pair of gloves, tiara, some oversized jewelry, and heals. ¡ For the banner, get a piece of wide ribbon and write “Miss America” in glitter. ¡ Get a garbage bag and cut out slots for arms. ¡ Use a bunch of old Barbies and attach them to you with string or tape! Wear a pair of pants that are a couple inches short, a button downed shirt, bow tie, white socks, black shoes, and dark framed glasses. Put tape around the nose piece of the glasses. ¡ Long flowing skirt in a floral pattern and a puffy vest work wonders. ¡ Accessorize with heavy gold costume jewelry, a noisy belt, and a shawl. ¡ Bell bottom jeans, long jeans with rips, or a peasant skirt with leather sandals. ¡ Tie-­‐dye shirt ¡ Accessorize with love beads, peace buttons, and funky sunglasses. ¡ Wear a pair of jeans rolled up to the mid-­‐calf and an un-­‐tucked white, button down shirt with socks and tennis shoes. ¡ Complete the look with a scarf (female) or by slicking your hair back for a greaser look (male.) ¡ Buy a pair of blue jeans ¡ A western, looking denim shirt, ¡ Boots ¡ A neckerchief and bandana complete the look! ¡ Wear a black tuxedo jacket with black pants and a white dress shirt. ¡ Wear a top hat and white gloves, then grab a stuffed bunny for tricks. ¡ Start with a black dress or long black skirt and black shirt. Add a black witch’s hat and paint your face green. Carry a black cat stuffed animal or a broom for a prop. ¡ ¡ ¡ Start with solid white pants, shirt, socks & shoes. Add a black hat with a brim, a scarf and mittens (or gloves). Glue black pom poms (from a craft store) down the front of the shirt like ‘coal buttons,’ using a hot glue gun. Purchase a white plastic ½ mask from a craft store. Hot glue a fake ‘carrot’ nose onto the mask (either use a plastic or foam carrot or make one using a square of orange felt rolled and glued into a carrot shape). ¡ Start with black baggy pants and a black long sleeved shirt (turn the shirt inside out if it has printing on it). Make a ninja mask out of a 4-­‐5” strip cut from the bottom of a T-­‐shirt. The mask can be black or any color you desire. Cut out eye holes in the mask, wrap around head and tie at the back with the ends of the t-­‐shirt strip falling loose. Instead of buying make believe weapons, make them out of cardboard, construction paper and aluminum foil. Ninja stars are cut from cardboard and covered in foil. Nunchucks are made from two toilet paper rolls, connected with piece of twine and then covered with black construction paper. ¡ Find a clear or solid colored umbrella. Cut strips of bubble wrap and streamers out of crepe paper and plastic cellophane (from a craft store). Glue the bubble wrap and streamers to each point on the umbrella. You can wear any solid color of clothes underneath the umbrella. When you walk, move the umbrella up and down, flowing like a jelly fish. ¡ Strap on a pair of roller skates and find fishnet tights, cut-­‐off shorts or a mini skirt (remember, you’ll still need to move with your skates on!), striped knee socks, elbow pads, knee pads, a helmet and a customized shirt. Keep it fun and funky! ¡ Wear pink clothing and attach a shoe to the top of your head. ¡ Dress in a white or brown sweatsuit. Cut out felt or fabric patches and attach them to the suit. ¡ Dress in white. Paint or attach a yellow circle to your stomach. Add devil horns, a devil tail and a pitchfork ¡ Dress in gold or yellow. Sprinkle some gold glitter in your makeup and spray gold glitter in your hair. Paint a toy shovel and some rocks gold to add as props. ¡ Dress in black (including black shoes and black gloves). Cover your face with black makeup. Either dye your hair black (with washout dye) or wear a back skull cap. Add white accessories such as a belt, fake pears, wingtips, etc. Wear your iPod. • Dress in blue. Glue white cotton balls on your shirt and carry a squirt gun. ¡ Dress in blue. Paint a wide yellow stripe on the front of a black T-­‐shirt. ¡ Find an all white dress. ¡ Buy mini-­‐boxes of cereal, plastic knives, and fake blood. ¡ Glue the mini-­‐boxes and plastic knives to the dress, and disperse fake blood in random places. Velma: Orange Sweater and red pleated skirt. Add Orange socks and red shoes. Find black glasses ¡ Fred: White sweatshirt or long sleeved t-­‐shirt, blue pants, brown shoes, and orange scarf. ¡ Daphne: Purple dress and a green scarf. Complete with high heels and a headband! ¡ Shaggy: Brown bell bottom pants and a bright green t-­‐shirt. ¡ Scooby: A brown sweat suit, black spots (felt) and a blue scarf around your neck. Complete with homemade ears, nose, and tail! ¡ ¡ Pink pants/long sleeved top (Sweat suits!) ¡ Invest in white bunny ears, or make them yourself. Add a tail out of cotton balls. ¡ “Build” A drum out of cardboard or an old hat box. Dorothy: Light blue dress with a white shirt underneath. Blue socks and red ruby slippers. You can glue sequins for the full effect. Put your hair in pigtails and add blue bows. You will need a basket and a stuffed dog to complete the look! ¡ Tin man: Grey sweat suit with a grey ski mask. Paint a cardboard box and cover it with tin foil or silver spray paint. Wrap a funnel in tin foil and attach a string so it fits under your head. Make a cardboard/ construction paper heart. ¡ Scarecrow: Brown pants and green shirt (you can add patches for full effect). Add fake straw (even a hula skirt would work). Make a “witches” hat with felt! ¡ ¡ Lion: Tan sweat suit and brown gloves. Buy a piece of faux fur (Craft stores or fabric stores) for the fur. Add home made ears! ¡ For Spring: § § § § ¡ For Fall: § § § ¡ White sweat suit Cotton balls (snow) hot glued to the suit. Blue lip gloss and fingernail polish. For Summer: § § § § Brown Sweat suit Fake leaves (can use real, but they might get messy!) Hot glue the leaves all over! For Winter: § § § ¡ Blue/green sweatsuit hat and glue a birds nest (fake) to the top of it. Hot Glue flowers to the sweat shirt and leaves to the bottom. For extra, hot glue a drained egg shell in the nest! Summer attire: Shorts, sleeveless top. Hot glue a homemade sun to the shirt Add a sun visor, sunglasses, and sunscreen to the nose. For added affect, you can even put on fake tanner and glue sea shells on the shirt!
