the capacity to do.”
– Mahatma Gandhi
1.
Search for and add the physical activities you have done or
plan to do this week in Physical Activity Tracker.
2.
Did you meet your weekly goal?
3.
What are some activities you like to do that you could
add into your week, for example, walking, gardening, dancing?
4.
Consider setting a physical activity goal in My Top 5 Goals for a number of minutes per
week you feel you can achieve. You can gradually increase your physical activity over time.
Tips
of the
Week
•
Tracking works! Keep track of the physical activities you do. When you
keep track, it's easier to reach your weekly goal.
•
Fitting activity into a daily routine can be easy. Take a brisk 10-minute
walk to and from the parking lot, bus stop, or subway station.
•
Move whenever you can. Even at your desk, you can stand and talk on
the phone, lift weights, or walk around.
