Purpose of Release Notes
The purpose of Release Notes is to give users of the Support Applications a brief overview of the enhancements or new
developments, which will be available in the forthcoming release.
Release Notes Cycle
Release Notes are scheduled for the end of every development quarter.

Description of Enhancement
The Incident Quality Report provides information about
the Error Categorization, Process Quality and the
Support Desk Evaluation. Customers can select the
installation numbers that they are authorized for in order
to analyze their fullfilment rate.
The new report will go-live as a pilot in Q3 2014.
