Important Information about Telephone Banking WinSouth Credit Union will be closed from 5:00 PM on Friday, January 29th through Monday, February 1st while we upgrade our data processing system. As a part of this upgrade, Info Talk, our telephone banking system is being taken out of service. We will reopen at normal business hours on Tuesday, February 2nd and a new audio-response system called iTalk will be operational. You will need to listen carefully to the new menu options. Here is some important information that you will want to know: Accessing Telephone Banking The phone number, 800-728-1412, will remain the same.
