Order free delivery We can monitor and manage your underground fuel stocks remotely so that you never have to place an order for fuel again, all the time ensuring that you never stock out, and allowing you to focus on the things that matter to your business. COLLECT Our unique IT platform allows us to collect information from your site, analyse it and then deliver a highly reliable, optimum fuel supply whilst keeping costs at a minimum. ANALYSE DELIVER Collect Analyse Deliver »» We remotely monitor stocks at our customers’ petrol stations, polling stock levels on an intraday basis. »» Once stock information is uploaded into our systems, we analyse the data on a site-by-site and tank-by-tank basis. »» Once the delivery schedule has been completed, we send sites an email advising them of the delivery time and confirming the grades and quantities to be delivered per vehicle pot. »» Tank readings are automatically uploaded from the Wetstock Management System at our customers’ sites into our internal systems. »» Alerts are set up for tanks when stocks fall under a pre-agreed level. »» We work with each individual site to understand required stock levels and site layout, ensuring that any expected changes in demand (e.g. bank holidays, maintenance) are accounted for. »» Using historical data to forecast projected sales per hour per day, our order generation system creates deliveries based on “must go” or “could go” basis, and then schedules accordingly to give optimum delivery patterns. »» Stock levels are monitored against projected sales and deliveries are planned in order to identify any abnormal demand patterns and ensure that a “safe” level of stock cover is maintained at all times. »» 99.99% of the deliveries generated through our Order Free Delivery system are made within the delivery window agreed with our customers. »» In the case of a sudden change to demand (e.g. a competitor site running dry resulting in a sudden increase in your sales) we can re-route our trucks in real time to meet your needs. »» In the rare event that we stock your site out of a single grade of fuel for a period of two hours or more, we will pay you a penalty to more than compensate for the loss of sales. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS µµ Will you fill up my tanks when the price is high and run them down when price is low? µµ Doesn’t the risk of my site stocking out of fuel increase with Greenergy managing my stock? AA No, because we are not effected by price movements. But to remove this perceived risk, you can: AA We pride ourselves on our stock availability and our number one aim is to ensure that your site always has stock to sell. But if we are managing your stock and we ever do cause your site to stock out of any single grade for two hours or more, we will pay you a penalty charge which can sometimes be more advantageous than if you remained in stock. 1.Set site inventory ceiling and floor levels We will agree stock ceiling and floor levels for your tanks with you in advance. This ensures that your site always has sufficient stock in tank to sell to customers and also ensures that you are not sitting on full tanks, tying up important working capital. In the event that we did fill up your tanks above the ceiling limit without your authorisation, we would only invoice you for the load once your tanks drop below the ceiling. Where possible, we would also extend your credit terms to cover additional loads when required. 2.Move your site to a week minus one Platts pricing basis On a week minus one basis, deliveries made Monday to Sunday will be based on the average of the previous weeks Monday to Friday relevant Platts quotations. This basis provides you with certainty of the price for the week and removes any risk of adverse pricing changes on the day of your delivery. If you move to weekly pricing, but after a trial period you feel that it does not work for your business, we will happily shift you back to your current pricing basis. For a fuel supply package that’s right up your street, contact our dealer support team In the past 12 months, during which more than 140,000 deliveries have been made under our Order Free Delivery system, we have had only 14 single grade stock outs lasting more than 2 hours. This equates to a stock availability for our stock managed sites of 99.99%, or 1 in every 10,000 deliveries. µµ What do I need at my site to benefit from Order Free Delivery? AA All we need to be able to offer Order Free Delivery to your site is visibility of tank stock levels. We will work with Fairbanks to install an ibank Wetstock Management System at your site, which then links into your existing electronic tank gauges providing us with a live data feed of your tank stock levels. Installation of the ibank system generally takes half a day with no disruption caused to your site. µµ Will Order Free Delivery cost me more? AA No. Order Free Delivery allows Greenergy to provide a lower cost haulage solution by minimising product left on board and maximising trucking efficiency, thereby resulting in a lower haulage cost for your site. We will also cover the cost of the initial installation and configuration of the ibank system at your site, and we will also contribute to the monthly charge by Fairbanks when you enter into a new Motor Fuel Supply Contract with us. µµ Are there any additional Wetstock Management benefits? AA We have negotiated preferential rates with Fairbanks so that you can access additional Wetstock benefits such as: »» Dedicated Wetstock Analyst with 24/7 cover; »» Pump resets; »» Meter verification; and »» Online management reports of findings from Wetstock ‘wizard’ system (daily, weekly or monthly). µµ I already pay for a Wetstock monitoring system on my site. Can you access this? AA Yes. Our IT systems can access most Wetstock monitoring systems to poll tank stock levels to allow us to provide you with our Order Free Delivery service.
